Great hotel , clean rooms and sizeable for 3 person. Good and friendly front desk staff and always willing to help, kind greetings when I arrive and leave the hotel daily. 3 min walk to City Hall MRT. Just use the back door and across a small car park- the mrt entrance is there. Will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip.

ENA Suite is located near to City Hall Station Exit 9, which has a elevator, convenient for families with children and older members.There are many restaurants at its surroundings, as well as coffee joints and convenient store. Reception staff are friendly and can converse in English and Chinese. Rooms are clean and big, that makes the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent 6-night stay at ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of City Hall Station, Namdaemun Market, Deoksugung Palace, and many restaurants and convenience stores. It was very convenient for sightseeing and using public transportation throughout Seoul. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially by Seoul standards. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The in-room amenities and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were always helpful, courteous, and willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel offers excellent value for money, combining a convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and quality service. After spending 6 nights here, I can confidently recommend ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun to both first-time visitors and returning travelers to Seoul.

Got a corner room and coincidentally a family member is next to us unplanned. Anyway room is quite spacious and comfortable. Walking to myeongdong and nandaemum is do-able. Probably will stay again for its space..

Great location if wanting to take train from Seoul station the next morning. Easy to find as well, offer luggage storage for up to 1 day only.

Ambiance: Very satisfied, the whole place is very clean. Facilities: The room was spacious and very comfortable for the three of us. Service: Housekeeping replaced slippers and bed linens daily and was very polite. There are several restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, and it's very close to the subway station. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Lotte Mall area, which is super convenient! It was an experience that exceeded our expectations, offering great value for money. We will definitely choose this place again!

The hotel is located near City Hall Station, just one stop away from Myeongdong (Euljiro 1-ga Station, Line 2). Exit 9 of City Hall Station has an elevator, which is very convenient for managing luggage. There's a slight slope leading up to the hotel entrance, but it's not a big deal. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, and my room was already ready, so I was able to check in early. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly friendly and helpful with check-in, check-out, and luggage storage. The hotel also has a gym and a pool available, which I unfortunately didn't get to use this time. The room itself is very spacious. The king-sized bed is huge, easily big enough for two people. The bathroom is also quite large and comes with a bathtub. They provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, body lotion, a comb, and a shower cap. Disposable slippers are also included, so you don't need to bring your own. The only thing you'll need to bring is a toothbrush, though you can purchase one at the hotel for 1000 Korean Won. The soundproofing at night was good; I didn't hear any loud noises. In the morning, you might hear a faint sound of doors opening outside. Downstairs, there's a popular clam noodle restaurant and an upcoming Mega Coffee shop. The only downside is that the CU convenience store downstairs isn't open 24 hours, and there are no other convenience stores nearby. You'll need to buy anything you need before returning to the hotel.

This time I came with friends, there were three of us so we booked a family room. There's a spacious hallway right inside the room, perfect for our luggage and belongings, so space wasn't an issue. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to City Hall Station (Line 2) and not far from Seoul Station. If you're coming from the airport, you can take a train to Seoul Station and walk, or for other destinations, City Hall Station is convenient. It's also very near Shinsegae Department Store and Lotte Duty Free, which was great as we'd often drop off our shopping bags back at the hotel after visiting the duty-free shops. There are plenty of great eateries near the hotel. We tried HBC Fried Chicken's City Hall branch, and the seafood noodle place to the left of the hotel entrance seemed very popular but we didn't have time to try it. The Taesan BBQ place to the right was delicious! Plus, there are convenience stores nearby, so we could easily grab instant noodles, rice balls, or snacks anytime. The front desk staff downstairs were also very friendly and spoke Chinese, so communication was a breeze! The only minor drawback was that the sliding door to the bathroom didn't close completely, but overall, it offers really great value for money!

The room was pretty good, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it's convenient for getting around.

The apartment size is quite generous for Seoul, and it's incredibly close to the subway station – just a few steps away. They don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, but there are restaurants and a Paris Baguette bakery right outside, which is really convenient.
