The place is generally clean and has a washer and dryer. Only the room has air conditioning, so you have to rely on it to cool the living room. The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower and toilet. You need to walk up a small slope to get to the guesthouse, which is a bit tiring after a whole day of walking and carrying a lot of shopping.

The location is great, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby. There's even an Olive Young right at the intersection. It's only a 15-minute walk to Hongdae, and you'll find lots of shops to browse along the way. The guesthouse itself is in a basement, and it felt a bit damp, leading to quite a few small flying insects indoors. Also, the bathroom doesn't have an extractor fan, which was a bit of a drawback.

The guesthouse is about a seven-minute walk from Hongdae Station Exit 4. It's located on a hill, so if you have a lot of luggage, you might find the walk a bit challenging. It's a newly renovated semi-basement unit with two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a laundry room, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was great and very comfortable; there was nothing I disliked. The amenities nearby are also excellent. It would be perfect if they could add a water dispenser and international power adapters for foreign guests. Overall, I still highly recommend it to everyone!

No need to wait for the elevator, and it's only about 5 steps down to the street, so getting around was super convenient! It's also really close to the bustling Hongdae area, which was great. And the place itself is so pretty!!! It's clean and beautiful, so I got tons of amazing photos. I'll definitely be back next time!

This place is close to Hongdae Entrance Station, making it easy to get to on foot. There's also a convenience store nearby, which was great for grabbing things late at night. Since it's a new hotel, it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and cozy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul!^^

Just as the host said, this place recently opened and it's absolutely charming and wonderful. I was here for a business trip this time, but I'll definitely come back with friends next time!!! Highly recommend!!!!
