I didn't get a suite on my last business trip, so I made sure to book one this time. It's close to COEX, clean, and offers great value for money. The staff are always kind, which I really appreciate. The only real downside is that the room entrance is a curtain, so there's no lock, which makes me a bit worried about theft/loss. It would be perfect if there was a simple door and a lock! ㅜㅜ

I stayed here for a concert at Jamsil Sports Complex. The location is fantastic! It was super convenient for shopping at Coex, and getting back after the concert was a breeze since it's just one subway stop away. For a solo traveler just needing a place to sleep, it was perfectly fine. The journey back was also comfortable thanks to the Coex City Airport Limousine Bus.

The hotel is conveniently located near the popular 'library' and a large shopping mall where you can find great brands like Hoka and Arc'teryx. Most items aren't discounted, but they become slightly more affordable after tax refunds. The room hasn't been renovated in the last couple of years, so the doors, windows, and facilities show some signs of age. I stayed at another capsule hotel nearby the night before, which was不仅优惠 (not only cheaper but also better equipped), so I couldn't give this place a perfect score.

The interior is very clean, and the private rooms don't feel cramped, with good spacing from other guests.

The entire hotel was spotless, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and well-equipped, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were very polite and attentive, which made me feel at ease throughout my visit. The location is also great, with convenient access to nearby attractions. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area. I didn't experience any inconveniences during my stay and was completely satisfied with my comfortable experience until the very end. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the Coex Mall and a bus stop. You can even catch a bus directly to Incheon Airport from Coex. While everyone tried their best to be quiet, you could still hear noise from the hallway and other guests.
