First off, this is a love hotel, where couples rent rooms by the hour. There was no warning about this anywhere, which meant I couldn't extend my stay. I had to check out at noon and couldn't check back in until 10 PM, because that's when couples would be using the rooms for their 'activities'. I've never encountered anything like this in my life. The receptionist himself offered to cancel my booking if I wasn't happy, and I agreed. But when the cancellation request came through, he rejected it! So, for the next two hours, I had to sit at reception and be in constant contact with Trip.com and the receptionist to ensure the cancellation request was approved. I was in tears from helplessness. These people didn't speak English, and it was incredibly difficult to sort things out with them. It was only when Trip.com sent a second cancellation request that they finally confirmed it, and I was able to leave. The rooms don't look like the pictures; they're quite worn out. I've attached photos. The shower needs replacing, the brass nightstand is stained, and mold is starting to appear in many places. The window is small, making the room dark.

Pros: - The hotel has a beautiful design. - It's about a 30-minute metro ride to the city center. - There's a bus stop for the airport nearby. - On the ground floor, there's a small lounge area where you can enjoy free coffee, water, and cookies. - The staff is polite. - You can store your luggage if you're checking out later. - The room comes with toiletries, tea, coffee, and water. Cons: - The room was very dusty; dust was everywhere (. - The bed, or rather the mattress, was uncomfortable. It's so soft that when one person turns over, the other feels it, and there's a loud rustling sound. Maybe it's a mattress pad or something similar. - The pillows are also uncomfortable and too high. - There isn't enough lighting in the evening; it's quite dim. It's a suitable option for a 1-2 day stay if you want to be relatively close to the city center and plan to be out all day. But that dustiness in the room was a big downside 🥺

I couldn't figure out how to operate the AC, or maybe it was blocked off, but the settings weren't working in the morning. It was really hot and uncomfortable.

I stayed here for a business trip to the National Rehabilitation Center, and the accommodation was clean and great! To get a room in Seoul with this condition at this price... If I get the chance, I'll definitely visit again.

Small but nice hotel with modern decor. Not too far from the subway station and eateries all around the area. Pleasant service although cleanliness can be better, but still decent standard. It’s in a nice neighbourhood with residential and office mix.

Hotel Classy in Seoul is not located in the city center, but it is conveniently close to Suyu Station, providing easy access to the metro and various bus lines, including the Airport Bus. This makes getting around Seoul quite straightforward despite the hotel’s more suburban location. The transportation options nearby are a definite plus. The hotel is also fairly new and very well equipped. The rooms are quite spacious and feature modern amenities, including a clothes steamer/dryer and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. However, the fridge is extremely loud, so earplugs are necessary for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a luxurious rainfall shower, which we really enjoyed. One important thing to note is that there’s no daily room service unless you request it in advance at the reception. Checking in before 3 pm is only possible for an additional fee. Also, there is no restroom in the reception area, so if you arrive before check-in, you'll need to use the public toilet in the nearby park.

The hotel was small but reception staff was very nice. The room was also smaller than I thought but still ok, the window was quite small. The massage chair was nice, my mother really liked it after a day of walking. We had some problems with the shower head and the staff came to fix it asap. The elevator is a bit slow though. Overall good for the price !

Closed walk to the end of the Sinsadong Garosu-gil (away from the station end of the street). 10mins from Sinsa Station About 10 mins walk to the Sinsa station, and with luggages about 15 mins. Rooms are dimmly lit. I have stayed in 2 different rooms, on the 7th and 8th floor, both rooms have insufficient light, like having a romantic dinner light setting with my family the whole night. It hurted my eyes a bit. The toilet was much more brighter. I asked to change rooms, but they told me all rooms are the same. Staff Helpful Staff were very helpful and cleaning ladies clean my room back into non-messy conditions. No Internatoinal Power Plug They uses Kr power plug without univesal power plug. But have normal USB plugs but slow watts charging. For the price, it is ok.

Awesome hotel in Seoul for the price!!! There's tons of healthy food around, lots of coffee. It took us 30-40 minutes to get to the center, but honestly, it's a piece of cake for the price. They cleaned it every day, and they always provided water and coffee/tea. I'd definitely come back!

A very nice hotel, quiet and cozy. The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need, including a separate toilet, shower, and sink. Bathrobes, disposable slippers, and all toiletries are provided. Conveniently located, just steps from the metro, with lots of shops and cafes nearby. The bus stop is also nearby. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

I'm writing an honest review of this hotel. It's not bad for the price, as long as you're not picky and understand where you're checking in and how much you're paying. The location is very convenient, close to the metro and a direct line to the city center about 25 minutes away. There's a bus stop from the airport nearby. The room is spacious, with a separate bathroom and a steam room—convenient for freshening up. There's no housekeeping as such; at most, they change towels and take out the trash (you need to ask at reception). The room was dusty, but not unimportant. We arrived three hours before check-in, paid 30,000 won, and were allowed to check in early. But generally, you won't be checked in before 3:00 PM without paying extra. To summarize: it's a very good value for the money, as long as you're not picky. It's fine for a couple of nights.
