Amazing nice hotel with a huge room. Two double beds on the loft. All is based on sustainability. Great indoor pool and amazing outdoor pool. Huge fitness centre

It feels very under staffed as there were not enough help with the luggage. The staff were also not trained and were not proficient in English, which is shocking for a 5 star hotel as this. The set up of the room did not allow for proper ventilation of the room. The air condition could only be limited to a low of 23 degrees, making the loft area ( where the beds are) very stuffy.

There is parking. No extra bed. Bring a two-year-old baby. Overall good. Didn't eat breakfast in the hotel. There is a small street behind the hotel with a lot of food. 🚶 Friendly. The room is large. The service is good. The swimming pool water is not cold. There is a bar downstairs. It's very good. The gym is large.

The room is big and beautiful, the hygiene is good, the floor is high and the view is OK, the service is normal, but there is no help with luggage, no delivery, no takeaway, no paper towels in the room, I don't understand, no shampoo and shower gel, only soap, the facilities are complete

Very fair and good. The hotel is in a great location. Jiangnan is also a high-end area. The hotel's room facilities are very good. The only thing I want to complain about is the service... You have to pay for an extra quilt, and you have to pay extra for more mineral water. There is no porter to help with the luggage. Except for the front desk, there are no service staff in other places. The room was very stuffy and dry during the days we stayed there. You can ask the front desk for a humidifier (this is free of charge). In short, it is unlikely to stay a second time... Relatively speaking, for this price, I will choose a hotel with better service.

I have never stayed in a five-star hotel with such poor service. It has nothing to offer except for the nice decoration. Isn't it ridiculous that it can be the top 1 in the luxury list? ? ! If you ask for more beds and quilts, there is nothing in the room, not even shampoo, just a few bars of soap. The room cleaning almost didn't change the bath towels and left. The so-called pick-up within 3km, if you are 2 minutes late, it will be cancelled because of the late arrival. There is no phone confirmation in advance. If you don't want this service, you don't have to do it The swimming pool has some inexplicable rules that it needs to be cleaned for 15 minutes every hour. As soon as you enter the water, you are kicked out by the waiter and told to clean it. What is the cleaning of such a small pool? Just changed two bath towels So many complaints, anyway, I will never stay here again
