Service staff (Jayden Park) was very unfriendly and unhelpful , when we asked him to point out to us , the location of the bus stop which would lead us to the airport limousine bus (to Incheon airport). We were very lost as tourists and did not know Korean language at all, and the need to know the exact bus stop point (in order not to miss our flight) is of utmost importance . The counter staff Jayden Park also gave us a very unwelcoming and unfriendly look when we insisted for his help to show us the bus stop location (which he reluctantly did after our many attempts , which was a very stressful experience for me as a tourist), it made me feel insecure and an immense upset feeling , totally unexpected for a five star Pullman hotel standard. Please review your counter staff performance . Not recommended for tourists.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, they really make you feel like home at the hotel. The housekeeping attendant is meticulous, with high attention to details in her work and keep the room clean to the highest standard, never seen this in any of the other top rated hotels. Important to mention that both current and past Chinese leaders stayed in this establishment during their various visits to Korea. The services in this hotel are just top of the class.

The hotel is actually a bit old. I booked the cheapest room at the beginning. If you see that there is no large bathtub in the bedroom according to Ctrip, you probably shouldn’t choose it. The reasons are as follows: 1. Not in the main building, but in the spa building. 2. The floor is low and the light is not good. 3. You have to go to the main building for breakfast, although it is not far away. But the experience is not good. After staying for the first night, I changed the room the next day and said it was an upgrade. The upgrade fee given by the front desk was about RMB 3,000. Here I would like to praise Ctrip's online customer service, communicated directly to return the original room, and re-booked a better suite. After all, we are not short of these hundreds or thousands. The difference in experience is huge! Thank you customer service!

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

After passing the second barbecue restaurant, turn right at the fruit stall and enter the inner street for 20 meters to the hotel. The hotel's exterior and lobby are decorated in an old style, but the customer service at the front desk is polite and can speak Mandarin. There is a luggage storage service, and there is a small restaurant next to the lobby that provides breakfast and lunch services. The breakfast is simple but filling, and it costs Rm10,000. Although the room is not large in size, it is of a reasonable size and the bathroom space is sufficient. There is also a USB port. The most commendable thing is that the room, bedding and towels are very clean. There are many second-hand shops and street stalls around the hotel, as well as many local restaurants, which are worth trying. When eating barbecue, you must try the one with the orange sign diagonally opposite the hotel door. It is a husband-and-wife team, warm and polite, and it is a traditional charcoal barbecue. At Exit 3 of the subway station, go straight and turn left into the inner street. There is also a very good noodle restaurant.

very impressive! The staff members are OK in Japanese. Cleaning is also clean and clean. The location is excellent and you can walk to the night shopping of Dongdaemun.
