The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Excellent location in the heart of Seoul with easy access to temples, public transportation, and food. We had a suite that was smaller than most normal rooms at other Marriott properties (especially autograph tier) akin to staying in a New York or Hong Kong hotel. The size of the room was disappointing but ultimately it is a great location. The Boulangerie on the way to the metro is great 👌🏻

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

The walk from seoul station is not that near. Quite a long walk with direct underpass but flat surface. Take note the underpass only 6am-11pm only. Room was huge for 1 pax, you can even open 2 big luggages on the floor. Had the first guest floor which is on 20th floor, which is quite high already. Room was clean and pillow was soft. Iron only 1 in laundry room.

This hotel is close to Kushiro 3-ga Station, so it is a ５ book from Gimpo Airport on Line １ and it is compact but I like it because it is a room with a bathtub.

We had an absolutely amazing time at. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

I made a reservation because my foreign friend said he was traveling to Korea. There weren't many reviews on Trip.com, so I was a bit skeptical, but the location was so good that I made a reservation. It was even better than I expected, so I highly recommend it. It was located right in front of Exit 4 of Jongno 3-ga Station, making it the best place to travel to Insadong and Ikseon-dong. Most of the guests seemed to be foreign tourists, and there seemed to be no problem communicating in English. It was a clean accommodation where you could stay comfortably like at home. And since it was free breakfast, I thought it would be nothing special, but I was satisfied. Next time I go to Jongno, I will only go here.

First of all, the location is located in a central area, very lively and frequented by people in the place; shortly from two stops of the metro; the neighborhood is full of rooms and there is always life. The only sin of the hotel is the entrance, a little hidden, and the little room dedicated to the hall. For the rest, the room was quite spacious, clean and silent, and breakfast was included in the price. The staff was the element that distinguished this hotel from others where I stayed during my holiday in South Korea: very kind and available to everyone. There is a free washing service, which is not to be provided for a discount (in another hotel, even more expensive, the service was payable), and finally, they kept a baggage in stock for a week, without asking for anything. I really recommend a hotel without reservations.

The gym is really large and is equipped with lots of machines; there is even a separate room for yoga and stretching. Location: 1 to 2 minutes walk from the station, easy to find. There are two convenience stores nearby, which was very helpful. Service: First of all, the receptionists (both women and men) were kind and polite. When you check in, you will receive a paper with instructions, but all of them are in Japanese and easy to understand. Cleanliness: There is a sense of cleanliness. However, during our consecutive stay, there was a large bee-like insect in the room, which was scary. (We ended up spending time together until the last day...lol) Amenities: There was shampoo and conditioner, but no toothbrushes, soap, etc. I always bring it with me so it wasn't a problem. Please return your towels each time in the basket next to the reception desk, and receive a new towel each time you return them. (Some hotels don't replace towels, so this system was helpful.) The towels were clean. Unfortunately, there was no refrigerator in the room. ●I was satisfied overall. For this price, you can get a convenience store near the station, a bathtub, and a feeling of cleanliness.

Fantastic location across the street from exit 5 of the Jongno 3-ga metro station. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Really cool neighborhood. Loved the room. Really fast wifi. Two beds separated by a partial wall, ideal for travelling with someone you don’t share intimacy with. Bathtub was adequately sized. Beds were soft. Balcony really small, window didn’t allow much light inside. Air purifier in the room. Heated floors! My favourite thing of all is you can control the lights from the tv remote. Although a bit worn down from the outside, the rooms were comfy and I highly recommend it.

It is perfect for one person trip stay. The room is clean, vibe is warm, you will be having Netflix TV but it is in Korean so you need to set it up yourself. The have free drinks in room, and free coffee and toast at counter. It is perfect for a morning rush to airport. As for the location, there are many food stands in the late night supplying authentic Korean food, just try them. However, I need to mention that if you are traveling in two people, do not book standard double room. It will be too small. Note that some of the shift staff cannot speak English. You need to be lucky to wait for the shift that can speak English. 房间挺干净的，氛围也好，酒店挺ins风的，然后有网飞看。前台有免费面包咖啡，房间有免费饮料。旁边夜市很多摊位，可以试试。但是双人床比较小。前台不会中文，一部分轮班的员工英文水平也比较低。
