- Hotel service: Not too bad, but not too good either. I think it would have been nice to have been a little more judo-ri for customer satisfaction. -Cleaning status: Overall, it's not dirty, but the hotel has just been built, and there is lime around the bathroom faucet and mold on the sink. I could have paid more attention to cleaning, but I'm sorry for the mindset of the people who clean it. - Bathroom towels: Slightly unpleasant smell. Looks like it needs to be disinfected a bit more. - What's good: I pressed the 'Don't disturb' button to indicate not to clean, but when I came in the evening, they left a towel and water in a bag in front of the door. If it wasn't cleaned, the towels wouldn't have been replaced, but I was grateful for bringing new towels and water.

Overall seems like a nice hotel but cleaning is not good (as in almost every hotel in South Korea I visited this time). The shower (white holder box-like thing) had black mold underneath it. Sink had yellow stains which means that it is not cleaned as it should be. Plastic from the base of bed frames is peeling off and plastic bits prickle your feet when you put them down from the bed- it is time to get a new bed bases. Apart from cleaning everything is good - lobby is modern, has vending machines to buy necessities, location is good but could be tough for some people to get to it (located at the bottom of a very steep hill). There are various places to eat delicious food (traditional Korean banquette menu, chicken, sashimi etc) within 5 minutes of walking. Free water bottles were provided every day. There is also open rooftop with jacuzzi (entrance is free, jacuzzi needs to be booked and payed in advance). Upon checking in they also ask for deposit (was asked just for a card number).

The price was also on the cheap side in Seogwipo, and the room was good enough. Rather than being in the center of the city, it was quiet and nice to be away from one side. next grand? Please check the entrance carefully to avoid confusion. The downside is that the parking space at the front door is small and mechanical. dot. The parking lot next door is a bit far away, so I parked in an empty lot right behind it. If there were a lot of facilities such as shops and restaurants, a vacation would be possible. The staff were also friendly.

The resort is spacious and comfortable, but why there are no toiletries? The surrounding environment is particularly good. Jusangjeollidae is very close and can be walked over. It's nice to walk around and watch the scenery.

There was not too much amenities. The hostel garden or exterior interior was good. But there may be a little noise when you stay in front of the elevator. Bedding is clean and the room is clean! A lot of towels are lacking. Four small towels for four people a day are finished. Additional towels are 500 won per sheet. I think it would be nice if there was a big towel ~

Overall, my stay was satisfying. The bed was comfortable, the view from my room was delightful, and both the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel met my expectations. However, there’s room for improvement when it comes to service. While I appreciate the effort of the reception staff using a translator to communicate, it would have been more reassuring if they were proficient in English. Their evident annoyance at language barriers slightly marred the experience. I hope the management considers training in this area to further enhance guest interactions.
