We also appreciate your positive feedback regarding the private hot spring in the Royal Suite and the in-room minibar service. However, we ask for your understanding regarding the inconvenience caused by noise due to the preparation time and staffing issues during the use of the hot spring, as well as the location of some rooms. We will share your feedback internally and strive to provide a better environment for your stay. We are also delighted to hear that you were satisfied with your stay.
