The staff was so rude, and then told me that's check in is impossible since i was late for one day, unless i applied for check changes through trip.com system Receiptionist was very rude, not even greeting me as a guest, just telling i am busy wait for 10 minutes, and after this told that check in is impossible. Service as horrible as hotel itself, it was first time having such a service

Nice place, helpful staff, super clean - a bit far from the town and, food places can get a bus the stop is close by. Really good for the price overall!

Extremely satisfied! I really loved this hotel in Seogwipo. While the location isn't perfect, it's an ideal budget-friendly option for Oure Trail hikers.

The room is too normal. I expected it will be more better. Like the washroom and other facilities is too normal. Littile bit small.

Nice place, but despite two bus stops to the airport, the isolated location makes exploring Seogwipo a hassle without a car or tour bus.

The staff did not speak nor understand English. The staff did bare minimum only. I understand that they may be working over the long holidays and were short of staff. There was only one person who attended to us and took the time to understand us and explain things to us….. he did some research on our questions like how to get to ferry station, where can we eat, etc. unfortunately we failed to get his name… he was on day off already when we checked out.

Comfortable, and good to stay after long driving. Restaurant nearby without the needs to drive out for food. Best thing is the coffee at the lobby.

Not bad for price. Consider the price, then you will convince all shortcomings.

Great place to stay in Jeju island ! Room are really comfortable and the breakfast buffet also ! Don’t hesitate to come here !

Nice hotel but not 4 stars. It is simple and practical but a bit run down. There was mold on the ceiling of my room and the wall paper was peeling off. The bed lining was clean but quite used and there were only two tiny towels provided. There’s a nice roof terrace which is decorated but doesn’t seem to be used. There is a convenience store downstairs, but it’s almost empty. I assume it’s being phased out as there’s a big 7/11 across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful and most I met spoke English.
