Located in the Sendai Station shopping street, it's about a 5-10 minute walk from Sendai Station West Exit. Check-in is on the second floor, which requires using stairs. The room was clean and the space was adequate. As an eco-friendly hotel, they don't clean rooms every three days. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the famous shopping street of Sendai is just a 10-minute walk away.

The location is in the shopping area. Donki is near. Quite close to Sendai Station. The room is cozy and big enough to unpack 28” luggage. The reception counter is on the second floor with going up the stairs, but the staff will lead you to an elevator on the first floor to move your luggage.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Sendai Station, located right in a shopping arcade with tons of restaurants and shops, including a Don Quijote just 2 minutes away. The bus stop for Yamagata is also a mere 2-minute walk. The lobby offers 24-hour free coffee, and there are lockers for guests to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. The service is excellent. My only minor suggestion would be to have signs indicating the elevator's location on the ground floor, as I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor for check-in on the first day, which was a bit inconvenient. If I come to Sendai again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. The room amenities are well-arranged and very practical.

The hotel's location right in the shopping arcade was great for immediate access to stores. The breakfast buffet was affordable and satisfying. Just a heads-up, the bathroom floor is quite elevated, so watch your step.

Hotel Green Plus has a very strategic location, within walking distance to Sendai Station. It is easy to reach even with luggage, as there is a lift accessible from the skywalk. The hotel is located in a lively covered shopping street and is directly opposite the famous Ichiran Ramen, which makes dining and shopping extremely convenient. Although the main entrance has stairs, there is actually a hidden lift that provides access to the hotel lobby and guest rooms, which is very helpful for guests with luggage. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. A young lady at the reception patiently helped me make several calls to my desired restaurant to assist with a reservation. A male receptionist even helped carry my luggage to the shopping street, which was truly impressive and very touching. Overall, a convenient stay with warm service and excellent location. Highly recommended

The following is a hotel review: Service: First of all, the hotel receptionists, cleaning staff, restaurant staff – all the staff were very friendly! Especially the cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very friendly! 👍🏻 Environment: A bit dated, located inside a shop, but close to the station. Facilities: ❌ The key issue is the facilities, which is also a drawback! 1. The reception is on the second floor, with no clear elevator signage and no elevator in use. This was very inconvenient in winter when I had a lot of large luggage! 2. The room was a bit old and leaky, the lighting was dim, there were very few charging ports, and the toilet seat was very old and worn without heating. 3. The toiletries on the first floor were of poor quality, the shower sponge was very rough, and there was no lotion or moisturizer! Overall, apart from breakfast, the price-performance ratio is not high!

We used a twin room for two people. It was more than spacious enough for two people. Luggage storage was in lockers. Check-in and check-out were automated and smooth.
