This hotel also serve free welcome drinks, 3 types of titbits, ice lemon tea, coffee up for grab totally free. This hotel definitely exceeded the level of service provided as a budget hotel. Also, I left my inhaler in the room when checkout and the housemaid brought it down and return it back to me. I strongly recommend this hotel for those looking for accommodation below 100. Value for money.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

I was pleasantly surprised to come across The Point Boutique Hotel while scrolling Agoda for accommodation for a 2D1N staycation in JB. It turned out to be even better than expected. The staff were friendly, professional, thoughtful and made us feel at home and welcome. Special mention to Devi and Geo who assisted us throughout our stay. The lobby immediately gave a feel of serenity and cleanliness, professionalism. We took a family room with one queen bed and one single bed. The layout of the room made it feel like a mini studio - it did not feel squeezy at all. I appreciated the unique furnishings and little but important details. For instance: 1) room window could be opened for ventilation. 2) window blinds were clean and could be adjusted. 3) bathroom was large and well organised. It had an air fan to keep the air flowing and floor dry. Bathroom also had a window which helped with ventilation. 4) Loved the rain shower. Water pressure and temperature were adjustable. Though there was no shower curtain, the layout of the bathroom ensured that other areas would not get wet at all. The tiles of the bathroom were the non slip kind as well so that was great as I was traveling with my dad in his early 70s. They also provided very thick hotel standard bathroom floor mat and bathing towels. 5) Toiletries were on point, neat and sufficient. Toothbrush was sealed. Appreciated them putting glass cups in the bathroom for usage. My only complaint was that the toothpaste was a bit too mild tasting and not very effective. 6) The bed was big and comfortable. There were also bed side lights which operated by sensor system- very nice touch and modern. The bedside also had power sockets for easy charging of phone. This was very thoughtful and attentive. 7) Water kettle, bottled water, tea/coffee sachets are all wonderful thoughtful amenities. Painting in room also modern, tasteful, classy. 8) Mirrors in room and towel rack are also attentive and well thought through touches !

When i saw the rating of 3.9 in google review, i were a bit anxious of booking this hotel/inn. Turn out, the superior queen room i booked is quite nice (with that low price). The lobby and room are clean and comfy. The soundproof between the room is decent as well, not noisy. Clean bathroom; the mattress and pillows are comfortable/ clean. They also provide water dispenser in each room. As for the iron, you will need to request from the counter. The internet speed is decent as well. Limited free hotel parking in the morning; but no problem finding parking along the street. The only downside is they don't have lift/ elevator. So those who has knee problems, you may not want to book here.

It is a great experience living in Impiana Hotel Senai. Nice environment and friendly staffs. Having dinner buffet with affordable prices, comfortable room, just that one comment is on the water draining system need to improve, the water flow is very slow, hope the technical personnel can help to look at the piping to fix it soon. Overall is satisfied.

I really nice spacious room, we stayed in 307, which is a one-bed room apartment, please note there are smaller rooms. this is really good if you are staying for a few days, large living room with an induction cooker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. They also included plates and bowls. for cooking equipment and glassware, you will need to contact housekeeping, i stayed only 2 nights so i didn't bother. one big pet peeve was that the dish provided was too big for the microwave, so please heat up your food in the containers before plating them. Both the microwave and fridge worked well, it made ice in around 2 to 3 hours. the shower was great, with constant temperature and good water pressure. the bedroom lacked a TV only the TV was in the living room, so that was a bummer, the room was also a bit noisy as i think there is a family of birds living in the air-con compressor so if you are a light sleeper, you want to give this a miss. The road outside can also get noisy at all hours. The nightlife is interesting, with quite a few bars and restaurants, and lots of motorized scooter rental stores, this does have quite a big issue with me, with alot of teens and kids zooming up and down the harbor at night, it does get dangerous for families with smaller kids. The selling point of this place is its proximity to Legoland, unfortunately, it is a tad hard to get a Grabcar (a rideshare service like Uber) because at the moment the area is not as busy as it was pre-covid. i see families waiting 30mins to an hour to get a car. If you drive, there is an underground carpark (complimentary). The most disappointing was the breakfast, not enough food, and they were unable to cope with the number of people. they struggled to fill coffee pots, juice dispensers, cut fruits, and bread. once something came out, it was gone in minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place for families, just skip the breakfast and make something in the room.

Love the free parking when the ticket validated. The foods are so much variety we tried all but the time limit is not enough. The treasure hunting and to break the clues to find the combination lock is fun. The themed deco concept of the hotel room are on point. Its very convenient locatiin when you wabt to go to the water park, theme park, Sea Life and Medini mall. The parking bays are ample and nearby with covered roof. We should have stayed one more night as we do not use all the facilities and services there.

The location is good! It is just beside Aeon Shopping mall, and lots of restaurants nearby! The hotel staffs are friendly. Got 6 carpark lots in front of hotel but in first come first serve basis. This is a hotel for the one who is looking for a basic requirement with not so expensive fee charges. Highly recommend!

Construction activities around the area. Other than that, it was a great place to relax and unwind. Their spa service was excellent as well as their intuitive reception and ground staffs. The room however is a dated and in dire need of renovation or redevelopment. High potential place I must stay as the big pool have a breathtaking view upon sunset and sunrise. Had a chance to try their Chinese’s Cooking Restaurant and it was amazing. I love the shark fins soup and pecking duck! Go and try yourself. The breakfast however, quite limited in choices if you were to ask me but a big round of applause to that kuah kacang and nasi impit. Will I revisit? I was staying here as my friend suggested me this hotel to stay during my trip to a wedding ceremony at Kulai. I'm surprised that the lobby have quite refreshing smell with good ambience. This trip to Kulai and staying in this hotel totally blows my mind. -Each floor have water dispenser just in case 2 bottles in room weren't sufficient enough for those who are drink a lot. -They have complimentary chips and chocolate wafer, black coffee and tea with creamer. I wasn't expected that all rooms have mini bar in it and safety box -They provided praying mat for guest with kiblat in room, which is quite thoughtful and Muslim Friendly. -Curtains are fully blacked out. Bed are super duper comfy with 4 big fluffy pillows ! Had a great sleep during my solo trip -Iron with iron board are provided as well with hairdryer in bathroom. -They've amenities kits such as Shampoo, Shower Gel, Comb, toothbrushes and toothpaste,cotton bud and cotton pad, Shaving kit,and sanitary bag. Which surprise me as well because other 3 star hotel that i'ved stay most of it only prepared shower gel and shampoo and toothbrushes. -Breakfast buffet was amazing with adequate choices which is not just nasi goreng,mee goreng,fried chicken, egg ,nasi lemak just like 3 stars other hotels. I was told by receptionist that the buffet menu are different everyday. I've enjoyed their Salted Egg fried rice and KungPao Chicken. Their kuih muih and some sliced cake as desserts are amazing too but too sweet for me as I didnt have sweet tooth. -It was safe at night as there are security at the entrance and I saw notice in lift that the door locked starting 8:00pm. Only those guest with room card are able to enter. Another bonus : - Many eateries nearby with Aeon Mall just around 3-5 minutes walking distance. Have many banks nearby withing 5-10 minutes walking distance. -Can get Grab and Foodpanda easily. But Foodpanda are unable to send food to our room for safety purpose. They only can wait for us in the lobby. Although it is quite pricey depends on individual budget, but for the breakfast included are worthy. Downside is that hard to find parking space as it is a shop lot hotel. Only 1 washroom in lobby. Too many mirrors
