Seeheim Hotel

Seeheim is conveniently located along the B4 between Keetmanshoop and Lüderitz, close enough for sightseeing in the Fish River Canyon, Keetmanshoop, the Quiver Tree Forest, Giant's Playground and the Messosaurus fossil site. Beautiful historic building, excellent accommodation, food and service. Host Janko was great.

We had a very nice stay at this historic place with lots of old world glamor. Food was also next level.

Our group really enjoyed the very unusual history of Seeheim told by Janko and the friendliness and hospitality of Janko and the Seeheim staff. The food was original and hearty and tasty.

Janko is a very friendly host. The hotel has everything you need. Go for a walk to the red bridge and to the hill late afternoon and/or early morning.

There were four of us staying at the Seeheim Hotel for one night. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The food was excellent, and our host, Janko, was a very friendly man with whom we could have good conversations and learn about the history of Seeheim. The rooms were large and clean. We highly recommend staying there for one night and enjoying the Seeheim Hotel and its surroundings.

Fab place staff and dogs. The camp bathrooms could be cleaner but we loved the experience .............

A place to be in Namibia. The history of the place must be absolutely discovered when you’re crossing this beautiful country. Tasteful family dinner with a friendly atmosphere thanks to Jantko.

Very friendly host, comfortable rooms. The hotel has also camping, restaurant, bar and emergency fuel facilities. A very pleasant and convenient stopover if you visit the Fish River Canyon.

Very interesting historical place (old railway station converted to hotel). Nice location- not too far from quiver tree forest. Good for sleepover before continuing to Luderitz or Fish river canyon. There is a fireplace in the dining area, so it was nice and warm. Very nice dinner and breakfest. It would be nice to have some kind of heater in the room.
