This is the first avani hotel in Muscat, I decided to check it out with the family. It is hosted in a puropose-built building and next to a shopping mall. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful, from front desk to room service and housekeeping. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with all possible facilities including a washing machine. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect for children. Breakfast food was good. I got all the perks as a top tier loyalty member. I was greeted on arrival by the the General Manager, Mr. Rami who offered a very nice welcome to us. I would love to see the place maintain this standard of service and care, and maybe more of dining options. I highly recommend it for families.

Exceptional price quality ratio: at the cost of a single room, which is snooted in the countryside, you will have a luxurious and spacious room, with a hot pool at the latest floor and luxurious hotel services. - Good cleaning. The hotel is a little in the middle of nothing, but a few minutes walk away has a beautiful shopping centre (the most beautiful I've seen in Oman) with numerous restaurants both outdoor and inside the facility. It is also quite close to the airport (15/20 minutes), so more than recommended as the final goal before you go back. If we really want to find a defect is being located in the middle of nothing, but in a few minutes you get to the sea or in the city.

I just loved the hotel. The rooms are big and the air conditioning is very powerful. You need good air conditioning in the heat of the city. Housekeeping did a good job and the rooms were very clean every day. I loved the swimming pool. My room was on the 5th floor, as is the pool. I was swimming every morning. Breakfast at 3 R. was good. Nearby is a convenience store, pizza hut, Chinese restaurant, and ATM. Good transport to the rest of the city. Overall a very good hotel and I had a good stay.

Oman may be poorly drained everywhere, sometimes overflowing from the drain, but it's okay if you don't drain it at once. At the hotel restaurant, it is also good to have menus that cannot be tasted at Japanese curry shops such as Kerala curry. Especially the mutton billiards are delicious with meat. The hotel cafe also has drinks that cannot be tasted in Japanese cafes such as saffron latte, and Kouf milk shake is especially recommended. ◦ Because it was a long stay, I also used cleaning at a discounted price. I was impressed by the high quality of the finish, even by the clean ironing. ◦ Since the kitchen is complete, you can also prepare your own meals, and at the YAS Market, which is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, you can get cosmetics, clothing, perfumes, etc., such as food, seasonings, cooking utensils, moisturizers, etc., which is convenient. ◦ It's a little far from the so-called tourist attractions, but in addition to Fahad, who was introduced by the hotel, famous tourist attractions such as Matra and Old Muscat, I was able to visit the hot spring spot where footbath can be done, the spot of relaxation of the local 々, and Seeb Souq, and the place of color 々. The hotel is very clean and all the facilities from a restaurant, Kofi and the sports hall. I enjoyed staying in it for a very close proximity to the University of Sultan Khab. The hotel provides delivery from the airport, which is a favorite service in all the hotels I visit.

Great location!!! The room and bathroom we like it awesome outdoor swimming pool South Indian restaurant very nice food & tasty. We loved our stay .i recommend this resorts out my friends. We stayed here on our last night in Omar and it was great the staff very helpfull the Seeb Market and beach very close to hotel .they arrange the car complimentry.The overall atmosphere quite and comfortable.
