We enjoyed a lot and lovely stay at Maani Muscat Hotel & Suites. special thanks to reception Mr. Ibrahim, Ms. Marya & Mr.Qais, The food was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. The staff Munna, Riyaz & Rahim are very polite, friendly and good service but last and not the least very very special thanks to kitchen team, The swimming pool was perfect for cooling off after exploring the city, and the hotel's location was very convenient. We highly recommend Maani Muscat for a comfortable, luxurious and enjoyable stay in Muscat.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. There are supermarkets and delicious restaurants within walking distance, which is great.

Exceptional price quality ratio: at the cost of a single room, which is snooted in the countryside, you will have a luxurious and spacious room, with a hot pool at the latest floor and luxurious hotel services. - Good cleaning. The hotel is a little in the middle of nothing, but a few minutes walk away has a beautiful shopping centre (the most beautiful I've seen in Oman) with numerous restaurants both outdoor and inside the facility. It is also quite close to the airport (15/20 minutes), so more than recommended as the final goal before you go back. If we really want to find a defect is being located in the middle of nothing, but in a few minutes you get to the sea or in the city.

I just loved the hotel. The rooms are big and the air conditioning is very powerful. You need good air conditioning in the heat of the city. Housekeeping did a good job and the rooms were very clean every day. I loved the swimming pool. My room was on the 5th floor, as is the pool. I was swimming every morning. Breakfast at 3 R. was good. Nearby is a convenience store, pizza hut, Chinese restaurant, and ATM. Good transport to the rest of the city. Overall a very good hotel and I had a good stay.

✓ I stayed for 20 nights and stayed for a long time, but it was very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the building itself may not be new, but they are well maintained and cleaned. Oman may be poorly drained everywhere, sometimes overflowing from the drain, but it's okay if you don't drain it at once. Breakfast was also full of fruits, vegetables, omelets and chicken sausages with bread. At the hotel restaurant, it is also good to have menus that cannot be tasted at Japanese curry shops such as Kerala curry. Especially the mutton billiards are delicious with meat. The hotel cafe also has drinks that cannot be tasted in Japanese cafes such as saffron latte, and Kouf milk shake is especially recommended. ◦ Because it was a long stay, I also used cleaning at a discounted price. I was impressed by the high quality of the finish, even by the clean ironing. ◦ Since the kitchen is complete, you can also prepare your own meals, and at the YAS Market, which is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, you can get cosmetics, clothing, perfumes, etc., such as food, seasonings, cooking utensils, moisturizers, etc., which is convenient. ◦ It's a little far from the so-called tourist attractions, but in addition to Fahad, who was introduced by the hotel, famous tourist attractions such as Matra and Old Muscat, I was able to visit the hot spring spot where footbath can be done, the spot of relaxation of the local 々, and Seeb Souq, and the place of color 々. It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Overall I enjoyed staying here. A couple of areas this hotel can do to even be a better stay are: 1. Room doors don’t seem to block any noise from the hallway.. We literally could hear people opening and closing doors and could hear their conversations. 2. The breakfast was great! But we initially we were told it’s going to be in the restaurant area and then ended up in the rooms. I think better communication would’ve been useful. Again, the food was great and actually very affordable. A side note: I woke up with the sun in my eyes in the morning because the small bathroom window was basically aligned to the bathroom door and into the bed (not serious, but could be fixed perhaps)..

Seemed more genuine. Was hoping for a little more in the way of help with outdoor activities but I had a good time here . I do hope though that when they renovate they add to rather than subtract from the potential because this place has a lot more potential than it's utilizing . Some more persian touches would make the place even better. I would come back here though it vibed. The staff were genuine and service was good. There are details of middle eastern architecture and cool niches to relax in unlike neighboring properties. I was hoping for music by the pool but not yet.
