Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

They were very kind and made me feel comfortable. The hotel is new, so it feels clean, and I think it's one of the nicest hotels in Seattle. The view is great and the location is great!

Our pleasant 2-night stay at Lotte Seattle in late January 2024, was soured considerably by a "Gotcha" so-called resort-fee. Another case of a rip-off junk-fee that should be banned!
This is a business-hotel in the office-ghetto of downtown Seattle. Not even the nearby Starbucks is open on weekends.
Have the courage to be transparent and include your so-called resort-fee, per-night charge, in your overall room-rate. Ridiculous to pretend that there is any value at all in the outside-room amenities that we never once set foot in.
We approached check-out with a very positive impression of the Lotte-Seattle. We left with the bitter feeling that we had been ripped-off with a junk-fee that there was zero justification for.
Absent a refund of this bogus resort fee, we will never stay at the Lotte-Seattle hotel again. Classy property with low-class grifting policies. Shame on Lotte management!

Overall, we had a positive experience - it was very quiet, modern with a unique twist, and located in a central area of the city.
The only thing to note - we made arrangements with the hotel that we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday during the stay and were promised a birthday card a welcome amenity but none of this was seen during our stay which was disappointing due to the expectations that was laid out.

Lovely hotel with nice amenities and views. Loved Teatro Zinzanni. Rooms seem really overpriced. Nice accommodations but not $100 to $200 dollars nicer than other downtown hotels. Do recommend the restaurant and bar. Comfortable and pleasant with many conversation areas. Wouldn’t pay the room price again but did enjoy the atmosphere and the staff.

Very eclectic! Mirrors surround the room. Very large with small couch, wing chair, dining chairs and marble table at a great height for eating, laptop, whatever. Do not have time to explore the city this time but would definitely stay again. Only live an hour north of the city but was so nice to not have to drive home after enjoying Teatro Zinzanni.

Hotel is clean and pretty. Valet parking is VERY expensive. The bathrooms are beautiful, but dimly lit, and it was hard to find good lighting anywhere in the room to do makeup. We were also awakened by a fire alarm at 1:30am and a message that told us to stay in our rooms until our floor was instructed to evacuate. And then we heard nothing more. Apparently a false alarm but it would have been nice for there to have been a followup announcement that everything was fine. We were just waiting there for evacuation instructions in the. middle of the night and no one said anything more about it.
