The room was clean and tidy, with large windows and a European-style sofa for watching the sunset. It's a 7-minute walk from UW. There's a snack street just a block away, with several Chinese restaurants serving Sichuan and Shaanxi cuisine.

It's close to the University of Washington and the subway station is right in front, so it's very convenient for going downtown. It's a bit disappointing that the soundproofing isn't that good, but the staff is very friendly.

The heating didn't work at all and it was cold.

1. There is no refrigerator in the room 2. There are no toiletries in the bathroom, and the jars of bath products fixed on the wall are all empty, and there is no replacement 3. Once you enter the room, the air is not fresh and very uncomfortable 4. The most expensive skyline view room booked is only for the 7th floor 5. The room is small and uncomfortable 6. The front desk service is very good, which is the only thing worthy of praise in this hotel! Summary: Will not stay at this hotel again nor recommend

Overall the hotel is average. There are many homeless people around. It is not very safe. The room is small and there is no hot water for bathing. It is okay to stay there for a while.

The price is ok.
