The hotel is under remodeling so the lobby is not looking good. But the room is spacious and comes with breakfast. There are dining and fast food you can go. Near to the airport with shuttle service is a plus.

It is a very good hotel when you are already inside the room. Hallways and the elevator needs upgrading. Was not able to use the free shuttle service from the airport because customer service never responded to my request which I did relay via Trip.Com. I had to use Uber to get to the hotel from the airport. Front Desk staffs were pleasant and easy to talk to. I am Asian, thus, we demand that all American toilet needs to have a bidet. Bidet is more hygienic America!

Staff was friendly. Shuttle service is great to n from the airport n cruise ports. Floors in the room we stayed in were filthy. bathroom n entry floor appeared to not been washed for a very long time. I got out of the shower n walked across the floor. My feet were black. Currently have construction going on so lots of workers around

We stayed one night at this property, about a mile from the Tacoma Airport arrivals. It was very clean, the staff were helpful with any needs, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. A free shuttle to and from the airport runs every 30 minutes. A good breakfast selection is available. The bus stop is nearby.
