Regular American breakfast, you can eat. Good location, by the river, very close to the beach, can be reached on foot. Closer to the restaurant. The pool is clean. The service staff is very kind. The two large beds are very comfortable and the toilet is spacious. There is no problem living for a short time.

I was so upset by the check-in process and the room, I chose to leave and book a hotel room at another hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again. I can tolerate poor service, but the woman made me feel embarrassed and was rude. The economy room is not worth the cost. I went to the room after the check-in because I didn't have extra money and my reservation was non-refundable. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE in the room as both a stairway and exterior entrance converged so that people walking downstairs faced the bedroom window. The blinds did not close all the way. I left and stayed at a competing hotel that was just $10 more. The staff were warm and so hospitable. I did not tell them about my experience so it was just their natural demeanor. I am not one to write bad reviews but this experience was really unpleasant. I check reviews and wish I had paid more attention to others who voiced similar experiences.

Location was great: easy access to the beach, quick walk on the promenade and we were on Broadway/Circle drive. Parking was good. Pool and hot tub were great, great if traveling with kids. Continental breakfast was above average compared to most other complementary breakfasts. Nightly cookie ”reception” was a great bonus as well. Room was more than adequate. King Bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. Kitchenette was very convenient. TV, sinks, bath/shower were all working fine. The building was showing a little wear, but nothing too bad to complain about, The one ”complaint” I would have is that the room did not have AC or even a vent, and the fan they had in the room was working but did not rotate. Since we were on the first floor we could only open the windows when were in the room, so when we would come back from an outing the room was a little stuffy and hot. Besides that, everything else was great. Will definitely stay again if available.

My friends and I had a great experience staying here the location was perfect and staff were very helpful. I enjoyed going in the swimming pool which I had to myself whilst another friend went into the gym. The apartment was great and had all the facilities you would need.

Our recent stay at the Promenade Ocean Front Hotel was, to put it mildly, less than satisfactory due to several management and organizational shortcomings. However, it was the outstanding service provided by an employee named Terelle that brought light to an otherwise dim experience. Upon our early arrival, we were briskly told by a manager to return at the standard check-in time. This would have been a minor inconvenience had it not been for the chaos we encountered at 4 PM. The front desk was swamped, burdened by a dauntingly long line and connectivity issues with their systems, making the check-in process painfully slow and testing the patience of many guests. In the midst of this turmoil stood Terelle, a beacon of professionalism and efficiency. Despite the malfunctioning equipment and growing frustration among guests, he managed to check in guests with a calmness and courtesy that was truly remarkable. His communication was clear, and his sincere thanks for our patience did not go unnoticed, easing the tension and making the wait bearable. The challenges did not end at the front desk. Discovering our rooms were inadequately prepared, especially considering our specific needs traveling with an elderly family member, could have been the last straw. Yet again, Terelle stepped in, ensuring we were relocated to suitable accommodations, demonstrating an exceptional level of care and attention to detail. It's rare to encounter someone who maintains such high standards of customer service under pressure. Terelle not only alleviated a potentially distressing situation but also significantly improved our overall impression of the hotel. While our visit was initially disappointing due to the evident poor management and organizational issues, Terelle's unparalleled dedication to guest satisfaction shone through. It's because of his effort that we would consider giving the Promenade Ocean Front Hotel another chance in the future. We hope Terelle's exemplary service is recognized and rewarded as it truly made a difference in our stay.

My stay was amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt warm and welcome, it was so nicely decorated for fall. I was also thrilled that they actually went above and beyond for my special request (that I almost didn't bother writing because it wasn't a big deal but thought it'd be fun to share)! It was our anniversary and the hotel actually decorated the bed with rose petals and had sparkling cider waiting!!! The room was clean and the views were great. The bed was admittedly a little more firm than we prefer but had tons of pillows and a great comforter. The tub was superb! Big enough for two people to sit side by side or facing! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. We hadn't intended to use the rest of the amenities but still checked them out and were impressed there as well. The pool/hottub area was nice and the workout room seemed to have everything. The entire process of booking to checking out was smooth (although my card wasn't charged when I booked like the website said but it was all taken care of when we checked in). All in all, I am so thrilled I chose this location to celebrate! It's staff, great property, and close location to everything made it such a perfect little getaway! ＜3
