Not bad. smaller type of motel. close to Costco. not modern but doesn’t have cockroaches like motel 6

Clean room I would have gave it 5 stars but it had a very strong smell of bleach but at least I knew it was cleaned thoroughly.

Staff not very present; room barely clean (balcony had trash); parking lot extremely small and hard to navigate

This is such a lovely place to stay! Clean quiet comfortable rooms., and a friendly front desk staff. I recommend this motel.

I pulled into the parking area. It's incredibly tight. The sign in front of the parking spaces reads clearly -if you park here, we are not responsible for stolen or damaged property. That sign is repeated several times. We got our key and took off for dinner. After dinner, I decided to drive the 180 miles home. Saving the chance to experience the promised break-in and or damage to our car.

This motel is compact, from the parking spaces to the room size, but it is clean and tidy and has everything you want in a room except for a desk, but it has a table that will work in it's absence. It even has a modern sink mirror that has extra brightness built into it for those close up face details. There are only 2 drawers for folded clothing in the TV bureau, so not the best if you are a couple staying more than a week. But otherwise cutely inexpensive! The Sand City Big Box mall is a couple of blocks away, with some eateries and shopping options like Target, Ross, Starbucks, Costco, and CostPlus World Market is next door, and Panda Express is a 1 minute walk away. There are other eateries 5 minutes drive like Ichi Riki (Japanese), Jose's (Mexican), Gusto's (Italian), I would recommend all of these as I have been to them and they are good.

Great comfy room. Great price with friendly staff. You could hear the upstairs guest’s footsteps since it’s an older building, so recommend a top floor room.
