The air conditioner was rattling when I walked in the door, had to call service immediately because it was so loud. They came in and literally taped some cardboard to the side of the unit. But they were prepared for it, which means it happens often. Even so, it was still incredibly loud every time it turned on.
My toilet also wouldn't flush, and the seat was broken. After several calls, they came to fix the toilet.
The biggest issue was the temperature of the room. I understand they want to lock the thermostat to achieve eco-friendliness, but it wouldn't go below 68. And when set at 68, the room cycles up to 71 before it comes back on to bring it back down to 68. There were 4 of us in 4 separate rooms and every single one of us woke up multiple times during the night sweating.
The walls/floors/ceilings are also paper-thin, meaning you can hear every word from the couple in the next room, and when someone in the room above you wakes up at 5:30 in the morning, that's when you're getting up too.
In short, the bare minimum you would expect from a hotel room (much less one at this price point) is to be able to get some sleep. Over 3 nights, none of us got much of that.
