We are here over the weekend and doing wellness, unfortunately the large bathroom is being renovated...but we didn't mind. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful... The staff couldn't be better. We feel well accepted here. The rooms have a beautiful view of the garden and the old town... a dream with a balcony. The rooms are clean and cosy. The breakfast is a huge selection and very tasty... The dinner is a dream. We didn't try coffee and cake. We will be back definitely

Magnificent hotel superb breakfast infinite choice with attention to gluten intolerant lactose intolerant vegans. Excellent dinner. Wellness center with healing salt pool. Modern functional modern design. Extremely comfortable rooms, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. In a landscape and old historic cozy town full of cultural life. Served by beautiful shops. Particular times: 11am-6pm

We stayed here for 3 days. We felt completely comfortable. The food including the breakfast buffet is excellent and exceeds our expectations. We have rarely seen such nice staff in all areas, we think that they have all been here for a long time. Although the outdoor pool is not in use it was not a major inconvenience as there are also elevation down and relaxation rooms available. In the mornings from 7am to 8:30am the pool is for hotel guests only. We will be back .

Very good restaurant, great view of the old town, the hotel is ideally located. The staff was always very friendly, no matter whether at the reception, in the restaurant or in other areas. We were very satisfied with the wellness area despite structural and time restrictions in the brine pool (outdoor pool closed due to the energy crisis). We were in the salt grotto, had two back massages each and used the brine bath inside. The restaurant on the 5th floor offers a great view and very good food - the half-board option isn't exactly cheap, but I really recommend it. Many thanks to the very nice staff. The following tips for the hotel: 1.) The siphon on the sink was completely leaking, the building services came quickly and repaired it - check carefully beforehand. 2.) The shower switches between warm and cold more frequently, sometimes more extreme - the building services could not eliminate the error, but was again very quick and friendly. 3. In the underground garage, a marten has eaten our cables in the engine compartment. We couldn't go home at first - fortunately the very good Skoda dealer in Schwäbisch Hall was able to repair the damage on the same day: MARTTEN TRAPS SHOULD BE SET UP.

Very busy house, extras such as luggage in the room or parking the car are not part of it. Minibar in the room empty, you can get drinks downstairs or have them brought upstairs. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and make a lot of effort to compensate for the weaknesses of the organization. In the room there is no possibility to write anything down; all documents are laminated. Neither coffee maker nor water bottle available, very economical equipment with bath linen. Tolerable for an overnight stay, not recommended for a longer stay.

Used for business during the Corona period. Unfortunately, not everything in the hotel was open. Would have liked to try the wellness area. Breakfast was served to you from a list at your seat. It worked great. The selection was good too. The restaurant is recommended. Got good dinner there. Room equipment was fine. The cleanliness was also okay.
