Wir waren vom Di 9.4.- Fr 12.4. im Alemannenhof. Das Hotel war schön, die Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück ausreichend und fein. Aber die haben das Restaurant von Dienstag-Donnerstag (bis 16.00) einfach geschlossen (ohne Vorinformation!). Man konnte weder essen noch trinken. Da war man gezwungen, bis nach dem Nachtessen in der Stadt zu verweilen, um dann mit Getränken von Rewe allein auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und den Restabend gesellschaftslos zu verbringen. Wir waren nicht die einzigen, der Parkplatz war voll. So was haben wir noch nie erlebt! Da kann man gleich in der Jugendherberge übernachten. Die einzige kompetente Person war der Kellner Emilio. Er war zuvorkommend, gastfreundlich und absolut strukturiert.

Essen sehr SCHLECHT , sehr wenig und ohne Qualität, Service super. Wir waren bei dem Musicaldinner…. diese Veranstaltung ist einfach nur schlecht. Hat mit dem PROSPEKT REIN GAR NICHTS ZUTUN. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, wir waren wie an jedem Tisch 10 Personen, jeder war sehr über Programm überrascht. Am schlimmsten war der Mann der Darsteller🙈🙈🙈🙈

Les chambres sont vastes, propres, et bien équipées mais le wifi y est totalement déficient. Les salles de restaurant sont très agréables mais les repas sont assez quelconque, la cuisine allemande étant ce qu'elle est ... L'établissement serait tellement plus attirant avec un restaurant digne de ce nom !

Das Hotel macht einen soliden Eindruck, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Dem bemerkenswert freundlichen Personal war kein Wunsch zuviel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung - wenn auch nicht übermäßig üppig. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen, so dass es warmes Essen nur im Nachbardorf gab. Wegen des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses würde ich jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Magnifique hôtel. Chambre contemporaine avec terrasse et vue sur le lac. Impeccable Environnement superbe et belle infrastructure (piscine, embarcadère, grande terrasse sur le lac). Petit-déjeuner très complet et varié. PAR CONTRE LE RESTAURANT est à éviter. Très cher, temps d'attente de 1 heure. Et tout cela, pour une qualité médiocre et immangeable et ce qui me concerne (retour en cuisine et rien mangé). Bref quand on se nomme 4 étoiles, on offre une qualité irréprochable. Dommage car l'hôtel et le personnel sont excellents
