good place

A decent 3 stars hotel with super comfortable beds and a large room. Very clean, serving nice breakfast, kind personnel and ideally situated for the Rhine fall visit. I wish we could arrive earlier to enjoy the surroundings. Will highly recommend.

This is another boutique Swiss Hotel. No air conditioning. And it was hot. They removed the bar fridge so we could not even keep some cold drinks. They claim of Eco reasons fails if you are hot and can not sleep. We could not stay in the room long so we spent more time down on the river where it was cooled. I would never book a hotel again with out air condition in the summer. And be careful of what you get from a Boutique hotel. Breakfast was limited. Wifi was a problem. They had limits on number of devices allowed.

Not what was expected The hotel is nice, most of the staff was great, the rooms are dated, but the beds are comfy and the soaps are nice. Only visit if you are a democrat.

The staff at the Hotel Promenade was delightful, and the hotel was immaculate and cozy. I’ll be back!!!

Good but should be better for price Service generally excellent but bin in room was full of previous people's rubbish upon arrival. No air con so room hot.
