DO NOT STAY HERE.... if I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived and the hotel is based in a very unsafe area of Brussels.. arrived and our hotel room was disgusting, dust all over the fan, disgusting black slime all over the shower, clumps of black hair in the toilet bowl. Further inspection found bugs in the bed, dust and left over rappers under the bed, dirty and stained mattress. The towels had what looked like poo stains all over them and some dodgy brown stains all over the sheets. Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Bright Kebab shop light right outside of our window that was shining through even with the curtains closed. Ended up leaving at 2am in the morning 1 hour after arrival and having to pay out for another hotel after being told we cannot have a refund. Other members of our party ended up sleeping in their cars due to not being able to afford new hotels. Other party members found mites, bugs and dead roches in their rooms. Hotel receptionist was lovely and explained that they are the cheapest hotel in Brussels and it is a hotel used to house the homeless and *********** use it for work. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT STAY HERE.

One of my worst hotel experiences… dangerous neighborhood, noisy street that won’t let you rest; 3 nights and never got the room cleaned up; card keys that don’t work at the end of every day; old bed sheets; broken closet doors

Arrived at 6.30pm and my room wasn't clean. The staff didn't even apologise and just acted like it was my problem. Eventually i was given a room with two single beds instead. The TV and air conditioning didn't work and it was on a main road so i had to keep the windows open to be cool. This. meant I barely slept. The icing on the cake was them banging on my door at 5am to ask me if i left a tap on (I had not). Awful, unfriendly people delivering a terrible service. I paid 70 euros. Unacceptable!

Shameful, no heating, everything was broken, changed rooms 3 times and nothing was working. The same problems. Unsanitary and pitiful as a hotel. Horribly expensive for a shabby and unfinished hotel. Booking which contributes to this type of establishment and just as lamentable. We are still waiting for a gesture from you

Helmet is a filthy and rancid hotel! We had booked a room, were checked in with mixed feelings because it was not a really inviting place with a not too friendly receptionist. Arriving on the 5th floor we found a filthy hall that had not been vacuumed for a long time. The room was not clean, the sheets on the bed torn and the bathroom too dirty to look at. The toilet bowl was all brown and never cleaned properly. A dirty toilet seat that you don't even want to touch. The room also smelled of smoke. We packed our bags and left because we really didn't want to sleep here. In short, the receptionist was not amused because we wanted to leave and asked for our money back. The cleaner would solve it all if we found it dirty. We just had to wait a while for him to check in new guests and then he would help us further. We said the filth couldn't be from 1 day and the cleaner couldn't fix that. But he kept us waiting anyway. Then we left. My tip for anyone: don't go here! It shouldn't be called a hotel because it's a filthy hole. €125 for a dirty room is €125 too much! Never seen or experienced anything like it! So DON'T!!

Meeste Gore plek ever!
