"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Sapa Centre Hotel I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Centre Hotel during my trip to Sapa. The location is excellent, right in the town center and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was good and offered a variety of local and international dishes. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money and made my stay in Sapa enjoyable and memorable. I would definitely recommend Sapa Centre Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would gladly stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at KK Hotel Sapa and really enjoyed my experience. One of the highlights was my room on the 16th floor, which offered beautiful panoramic views of the lush green valleys and mountains surrounding Sapa. Waking up to that scenery was definitely one of the best parts of the stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated having a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Sapa. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Another feature I found very convenient was the hotel’s unique layout, with two lobbies—one on the 1st floor and another on the 15th floor. The 15th-floor lobby was especially useful because it made getting to the Muong Hoa Street area much easier and more convenient. It was nice not having to go all the way down to the main lobby when heading out to explore. Overall, KK Hotel Sapa offers spacious and comfortable rooms, stunning views, and a very convenient setup. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Sapa."

"We really liked the hotel. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is great, right by the river. There was a parking spot. The hotel's name is aptly chosen, in a quiet area – Quiet Hotel. We especially liked the service we received. Everyone at reception was very kind, happy to answer our questions, and provided information about the weather and the best places to go. We give it a high rating."

"I was very impressed with my 2-night stay here. The standard room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great and convenient for getting around. The hotel facilities are comprehensive. Most importantly, the staff provided excellent service, always smiling and cheerful, and very helpful throughout my stay. "Had a genuinely pleasant stay here! Staff were all welcoming and they even gave me a small gift + written a note for my birthday during my stay! Even my room was upgraded! Room was clean when we first checked in and cleanliness was kept during housekeeping. The room is pretty spacious and we could fit and open two large luggages comfortably. The toilet was also pretty nice and big, bonus points for having a bidet!! Air conditioning and water heater worked fine as well, we had no issues with that. Location is quite a walk to/fro Sapa Centre (about 15 minutes) but it was easy to book a Grab from the hotel. I only managed to take one picture at the hotel (my room view) but trust the room was true to the pictures! I would love to go back and stay here again! 😁💕"

"A Truly Heartfelt Stay — Hospitality That Felt Like Home ❤️ Our stay here was genuinely one of the most memorable parts of our Vietnam trip. The hospitality was simply top-notch. From the very first interaction, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, polite, and accommodating. We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. They arranged complimentary honeymoon decorations for us and even offered us a complimentary discount on our honeymoon massage. These thoughtful gestures meant so much to us and made our stay even more memorable. What stood out the most, however, was how genuinely helpful and caring they were. They were always available whenever we needed anything. We would simply send a message, and they would take care of it. There was never a hesitation or a feeling that we were bothering them. Everything was handled with such warmth and kindness. One of our most special memories was actually when we were leaving. The owner/manager personally asked us to sit with him, and we spent some time talking together. We took a photo, he offered us some fresh fruit, and even made us tea. His wife was equally warm and accommodating. That moment felt so personal and homely — it honestly didn’t feel like we were staying at a hotel; it felt like we were being hosted by people who genuinely cared about us. There are stays where you remember the room, the location, or the facilities. And then there are stays where you remember the people. This was definitely the latter. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay in Sapa so warm, comfortable, and memorable. Your kindness and hospitality will genuinely stay with us for a long time. ❤️ Highly, highly recommended! "The night front desk staff's English wasn't very good, and it took a lot of effort to communicate, which was really exhausting. Both male receptionists had some communication issues. Initially, they said the hotel was full and I couldn't check in early. Then they asked how much I was willing to pay for an early check-in. I told them a price, which they didn't accept, and then one walked off to handle breakfast, leaving me stranded for about half an hour. After another staff member came on duty, I paid the fee and was told the room needed to be checked out by 12 PM. I quickly went up to freshen up and pack, only to be told at 12 PM, after checking into my pre-booked room, that the room I was already in *was* my booked room and I didn't need to check out... It was a long and confusing ordeal until a female staff member finally explained everything clearly, making me realize it was indeed my reserved room all along. The breakfast was mediocre, and the fruit wasn't fresh. Besides the great location, everything else was just average. I'm actually not even sure if the room I stayed in was the room type I booked, because there was no garden view, only a wall... I suspect they might have given me a cheaper room type, but there's no way to know for sure."

"Can I first mention the excellent Mai Anh Giang at reception who made my trip so memorable. Not only did she suggest things to do, she even let me try the local alcohol! I enjoyed swimming at night here and the view is awesome. Unfortunately, there are no local shops nearby. So if you are half working/travelling like I was. You kind of need to go into town which is overpriced and actually lacking in basic stuff. Another suggestion; at night it’s great to chill on the roof, but they don’t do cocktails. Just a small thing!"
