"Exceeded expectations! This small yet exquisite hotel boasts beautiful decor. The room was spacious and well-organized, making me feel comfortable the moment I stepped in. The rooftop bar is stunning, and the location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Train Street. The breakfast selection was rich, fresh, and appealing, combining a buffet with à la carte options, and everything tasted delicious. The service was warm and friendly; staff actively helped with luggage and always greeted guests politely. There was only one minor issue: the front desk wasn't aware of the ”200,000 VND food and beverage credit per room” offer, and I didn't have time to use it anyway, so I let it go. I only stayed one night; I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. Also, Trip.com's service is truly excellent, and this isn't even about this particular booking. I've had issues with other bookings, and Trip.com has always tried its best to resolve them. I forgot to mention it in those reviews, so I'm adding it here."
