"This is my third visit this year :) Breakfast is delicious, and first of all, the accommodation is very clean and quiet! And, because it is the center, it is close to various famous shopping malls, and it is easy to go out anywhere! And, these days, I've been insomnia for a long time, and I've been hard to sleep, and I've been sleeping here for two nights, and I've been tired and I've been so good! Sooner or later, when I come back in summer, I want to play in a pretty pool."

I also ordered breakfast to the room, and I didn’t expect it to be such a big breakfast. There was an incredible amount of food for just one person, and it was very delicious. "The hotel is very close to the airport. A free shuttle is available, but unfortunately, when we arrived at night, we couldn't get to the hotel, even though we had arranged it in advance. We had to order a taxi using the airport's Wi-Fi, but we spent about 10 minutes searching among all the identical white ones, and we were charged a waiting fee. Otherwise, we had no problems. The hotel is clean, new, and very beautiful. The rooms have everything you need: a robe, a kettle, towels, disposable toiletries, tea, coffee, cups, a TV, and a refrigerator. The linens are new and fresh, the beds are soft, but the pillows are inflatable due to the dense fabric. They deflate when you lay your head on them. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of these pillows (and the refrigerator was a drawback; it's essentially a wine cabinet; it cools, not freezes. Furthermore, it's built into the cabinet, which causes the frame of the unit to overheat. Appliances don't like heat, and the built-in refrigerator overheats itself instead of cooling, which is very bad. You can access the room with a card; the rooms themselves are spacious, bright, and neat, but the curtains don't match the window size), but that's just a design nitpick. The hotel itself is geared toward Chinese tourists; even the hot and cold water taps are labeled in Chinese. The breakfasts are also geared more toward Chinese residents, so keep that in mind. It's suitable for lovers of specific Eastern cuisine. There are snacks, but if you stay for a long time, it'll be like a light diet; in any case, you won't go hungry. The pool is accessible; the water is clean and circulates well, but it doesn't seem heated. There are no sun loungers, but considering the hotel is geared towards Chinese, that's fine; they don't have a cult following for sunbathing. I took a dip; it was cool, but fine. I recommend the hotel for its excellent location and service. They packed us a lunch box upon checkout and arranged a free airport shuttle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is warm, cozy, and beautiful. The location is also great. Thank you very much for a wonderful time there. I hope we see you again, but they need to do something about the pillows."

"Everything started off well, but unfortunately, we did not receive the late checkout promised by trip.com. We were counting on a late checkout at 6:00 PM to catch our 7:50 PM flight. However, the front desk staff (Headboy) only allowed us to stay until 2:00 PM. After much discussion, we managed to extend it to 3:00 PM, but we still had to wait in the lobby for three more hours before heading to the airport. This experience does not reflect a customer-first hotel, and we were disappointed. On a positive note, the welcome fruit was definitely up to standard!"

"I booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you! Negative aspects: —-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here) —-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working! Positive aspects: —-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one! —-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive. —-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much ) —-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better —-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there! Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent"

"My adult daughter and I went to Tashkent for a few days. We got the room with two single beds. We were happy to discover it had a separate living area with a sofa and TV. The staff was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. They provided transportation back to the airport at 3:30 a.m. The breakfast was also very nice. It included Chinese, Uzbek and European choices. The only thing I would improve about it was the coffee. I would prefer not to have instant coffee. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the hotel."

The room was clean and comfortable. We liked it. Breakfasts take place from 7-10:00 on the 5th floor, breakfast was good, it was delicious, we all had enough) The location of the hotel is just a little far from the street, thanks to this quietly. Go 3 minutes and you are on the main street, then in 5 minutes there is still a supermarket basket. Still next to the hotel on the corner, a local cafe, with a very delicious samsa. Since we rested in November, the pool was already cold, but I think it should be cool in the summer. The territory is small but cropsy and lots of plants. Hurma grows right in the yard)). There is a spa area with a pool inside the building, also there are castles and sauna, didn't use, but people at us walked, it can be booked at hours. The only small remark to the door to the outlet to the pool. You need to think of a pen to cover the door outside and to fix it.
