Easy access from surface parking lot right out front but yes there are two flights of stairs:) King bed in the downstairs bedroom; Queen futon and Full/Twin bunk bed upstairs. Upstairs is completely private, not a loft and has it's own full bath and tons of space. Large closets in both bedrooms and entrance hallway.
