"I absolutely loved this hidden gem of a hotel in Phuket Town! Only wished I stayed more nights! The room is super spacious, and very clean, with super attentive staff to attend to your every need, all with the touch of a button on their Homa app. I even had a minor incident of leaks through my window, but the staff were super prompt to clean the room, and even offered to switch rooms despite it being my last night. Talk about amazing service! 🤩 There’s a beautiful rooftop restaurant and infinity pool overlooking the town, coupled with a super sleek gym that has free fitness classes for hotel guests and members, and a games room. Around the hotel there are plenty of eateries, convenience stores and laundromats - even close proximity to Chillva Night Market. You can either walk or rent one of their free bicyles to roam around. All this made my stay super comfortable despite being cooped up due to the heavy rain / floods. Btw the hotel is also per-friendly! 🐶🐱 Super value for money and I will definitely be back again if I ever visit Phuket!"

"Perfect little stay in Patong for a couple. Room wasn’t the biggest and neither was the balcony but room was really nice and well decorated. We had no issues throughout our stay and actually booked an extra night which the hotel were able to accommodate without issue and kept our same room."

"Traveled with my parents. They were very satisfied. The room was clean and spacious, with a view of the pool. Rawai Beach was right outside, and we took a longtail boat from the pier to Banana Beach. My parents had an amazing time! For breakfast, they had wontons, freshly made red bean pancakes and scallion pancakes, as well as Western pastries. It really suited their taste as older folks, perfect for bringing seniors and kids. My dad swam in the pool for an hour every day."

"We had a lovely stay at Beyond Kata Beach Resort. The location is excellent—right on the beachfront with a beautiful view of the sea. We originally booked a sea view room and were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The view from our room was absolutely stunning! The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It’s a perfect spot for couples or families who want to enjoy the beach and still have easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. One small thing we noticed was that the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming during check-in—a warm smile or friendlier approach would really help guests feel more at home upon arrival. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Beyond Kata Beach Resort for anyone looking for a beachfront escape in Phuket!"

"room was relatively really clean and hardly any bugs despite being in the mountains, we got some stained towels once but the hotel staff changed them immediately for us after calling in location wise is actually better than staying in the heart of one popular location, its essentially 20-40 mins away from all the main areas, so honestly u can go to a different place each day rather than being stuck in one location. the service was fantastic, the reception staff are quick to respond and pick up calls, the cleaning staff are quick to bring new items to the room and very thorough, there are tuktuks 24/7 and they arrive very very quickly to pick u up from your room and take u to ur room from the lobby, idk what some other reviewers are saying because they were super fast and available during my stay the amenities in the room are all free which is great, wish their hair dryer was a bit more powerful, and also had a slight problem with the power shutting on and off every now and then, the aircon setting is also set to quite a cold temperature otherwise i think this was a great stay, rooms are beautiful, bathroom was beautiful, its very private and secluded"

"Good value for money. It looks like a luxury hotel with your own pool access, quiet atmosphere and good cleaning service every day. Lady at the reception Kwang is amazing! Helped me to rent a bike and many other things. There are some nice restaurants next to hotel. I enjoyed my stay"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff’s hospitality exceeded our expectations – always warm, helpful, and professional. Our room was clean, spacious, and the private jacuzzi added a perfect romantic touch for couples like us. We genuinely loved everything about this hotel. No complaints at all – just beautiful memories."

"This resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again."

"What a wonderful experience in Namaka resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good with sea view and transport to the Kamala beach. We had a very good time. It’s a good resort for kids as well because it has a play room"

"I liked the hotel and the area was nice (less tourist area). My only complaint is that it took the cleaning service until after 6 pm to clean my room. Very inconvenient time when you're returning from tours at the same time."
