For what was meant to be a purely functional overnight stay, the experience was anything but ordinary. Room The room was large, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean — exactly what you want after a long day of meetings. There's a spaciousness here that you don't always get even at higher-priced properties, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Facilities The gym is a solid perk for business travellers looking to squeeze in a workout before the day begins. It's well-equipped and gets the job done. Breakfast The real highlight was breakfast. The restaurant offers a stunning panoramic view of the city — the kind of view that makes you slow down and actually enjoy your morning meal rather than rush through it. A great way to start the day before heading into work mode. Location Conveniently situated for practical needs — a Big C supermarket is just a short 10-minute walk away, which is handy if you need to grab anything quickly. "my experience was mixed. The location is great — very close to the beach, which is definitely a plus. The room was neat and clean, and overall the property looked well-maintained. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. The male receptionist was extremely rude. I was simply waiting for another person, standing a step behind, and he kept telling me “Wait, wait, wait” multiple times in a harsh tone. That kind of behavior is not acceptable and leaves a poor impression. On the other hand, the female staff members were polite and more professional. The breakfast was just average — not quite what you’d expect from a three-star hotel. Additionally, the amenities could be improved: no toothbrush or slippers were provided, and we had to request them separately. Overall, while the location and room were good, the rude receptionist and lack of basic amenities took away from the experience."

"I've been to Pattaya dozens of times, and for the past few years, I've consistently stayed at this hotel. I stayed for a week each in January and July last year, and again for a week this time. I booked a room without breakfast, but at check-in, I was upgraded to a higher floor for around 850 baht a day, not including breakfast. The hotel service is excellent; the bellhops always greet you and offer assistance, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel is connected to Terminal 21, so you can walk directly into the mall from the lobby. The room size is decent, and it has a balcony with a sea view. The sea views from the Hilton here are even more stunning. There's an outdoor observation deck on the 32nd floor offering a more panoramic view, and you can even see the Sanctuary of Truth. The housekeeping staff are also wonderful; they keep everything spotless. I give them 40 baht in tips every day, as they really work the hardest. The drinks and water in the mini-fridge are replenished daily for free, and the pool is also great. Check-in is generally in the afternoon, so if you arrive early, you might need to store your luggage before returning to check in. The hotel's location is superb. Pattaya is a small city, and this hotel is very close to the beach. Tiffany's Show is right downstairs, and there's a Big C supermarket to the left when you exit. The night market is also downstairs and sometimes moves to the first floor of the mall. Every morning, there are various free classes available for an hour. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel."

"Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"I really like this place. It's right in front of the Hilton hotel and a large shopping mall. To the left, there's a local specialty and souvenir market. To the back-left, there's a bar street, which can be a bit noisy. However, the transportation here is very convenient. The lobby is spacious and bright, and they offer different complimentary drinks every day. The upstairs pool is also fantastic, with an infinity pool and a water park. The hotel rooms have a small kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and laundry detergent. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk to 7-11, about 5-6 minutes. That's really the only flaw. I still really love this hotel and will definitely book it again next time."

"I did a lot of research on Amari before coming, with some reviews being positive and others calling it a 'hit or miss'. After staying for three nights, I have to say objectively that while the hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated, my three-day stay was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was excellent. The hotel's location is right by the Gulf of Thailand; you just walk a few steps across the road to the beach. Plus, there are several restaurants and a 7-Eleven right outside, making dining and essentials incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was definitely better than what some online posts suggested. The variety was quite comprehensive. While some dishes weren't amazing, it was certainly easy to find things you liked and eat your fill. The fresh fruit, in particular, was great, and there was a wide selection of juices. The pool facilities are absolutely a highlight and were the main reason I chose Amari. My kids really enjoyed it, especially the waterslides – they couldn't get enough of them. The family room had a king-sized bed, probably two meters wide, plus a bunk bed, which comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. My only complaints are that the air conditioning is quite old and very noisy. Also, the family room's orientation isn't great, so there's no sea view. However, these were minor issues that we could overlook. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and my family was happy. We would definitely consider coming back."

"This is a budget-friendly hotel in Pattaya. The price is good, and the room was generally clean and hygienic. They even provided toothbrushes and two bottles of mineral water. The 'king-size' bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, so there was a gap in the middle. The duvet was quite thin, so it could get cold at night if the air conditioning was on for too long. The hotel is about 1.6 km from Pattaya Walking Street and a bit far from 7-Eleven, so it's more suitable for guests with their own transport."

"Better than we expected for a city-center stay We booked this place mainly because of the location, and it turned out to be one of the best parts of the trip. It is very easy to get around from here. We could walk to the beach in a couple of minutes, and Central Festival was also very close, which made food, shopping, and daily essentials extremely convenient. The room itself was clean when we arrived, and the check-in instructions were clear enough to follow without stress. What I liked most was the view. Being on a higher floor really makes a difference here — during the day you get a nice sea view, and at night the city lights look great as well. It also felt more practical than a standard hotel room because we had useful facilities in the room, not just a bed and bathroom. For a short holiday in Pattaya, that made the stay much more comfortable. Overall, this place delivered exactly what the better reviews promised: central location, nice view, smooth communication, and a clean room. I would stay here again."

"This hotel is located deep in the bustling downtown area, with restaurants, bars, and convenience stores right downstairs. It's very close to the beach and shopping mall, just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is situated in an apartment building with many international guests, almost all young people. Security is decent. The building features a lounge on the ground floor and an infinity pool and gym on the top two floors, which are great for photos. My room offered views of both the beach and the city, which was quite nice. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and the room was fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dining area, kitchenware, cutlery, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, and a microwave – very convenient for those who prefer to eat in the room. I'd give it a good rating. The soundproofing in the room was a bit lacking, and the showerhead had extremely strong pressure when turned up full, so be careful when showering. The hotel doesn't have a traditional front desk or service staff; any issues need to be directed to the online contact person. Check-in and check-out were simple and fast, saving time and effort."
