"Rooms is clean and spacious and sound proofing is good. We have a good night rest as thebbed is comfortable. Shower water pressure is good. Can have a good shower after a whole day work. Location is good for traveller too. Nearby have lots of eatery shops and walking distance to many places."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient, with a convenience store on-site and plenty of local eateries and supermarkets nearby. The room was spacious and very clean, with an open view outside. Since it's a serviced apartment, it came equipped with a fridge, microwave, and cutlery, which was perfect for making a simple late-night snack with groceries bought from the supermarket. However, there were a couple of downsides: the water pressure was quite weak, and there was a strange drain smell coming from the bathroom, which definitely needs improvement. The gym and infinity pool are located on the 36th floor. The pool was super clean and the views were absolutely stunning! 👍"

"Centrally located. A new Service apartment located at A McAllister Road. Swimming pool on the top floor was good and scenic, with a nice strong Jacuzzi section. Gym sector was very good. Rooms just nice for three people. Basic cooking facilities available front desk owner responsible for for check-in and check out and validate the parking facility. Any room service problem will need to contact the hotel management in the different number."

"Nice hotel that comes with an infinity pool just suitable for guests, spacious room (double twin beds), quiet & tasteful deco of cafe & co-working space, It's nice to include a welcome drink (coffee, tea, orange juice to choose from). The bar was good too, we enjoyed our drinks at the open area instead. Check-in & check-out were fast & efficient. Hotel staffs were friendly & welcoming. The only downside was the laundry area, 2 washing machines & 2 dryers. However when we went to use, only 1 washing machine was working but both the dryer not quite functioning after used by the guest b4 us. So, we ended up did our laundry at a nearby dolby."

"Stayed here during the Chinese New Year period and it was very crowded. The room's carpet, linens, and appliances show a bit of age, but thankfully, the overall visible areas were clean. The location is very convenient, directly opposite Jen Hotel and very close to Komtar. There's a stunning high-rise infinity pool perfect for photos, and water dispensers are available on every floor. The breakfast was quite substantial, especially the freshly made roti canai and toast. The service attitude was also proper and courteous."

"The location is excellent! Buses like the 101, 201, and 202 can take you to the ferry terminal, while the 204 goes to Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si Temple. There's also a free shuttle bus stop right across the street (be aware it's a one-way service). Most attractions are quite close, with the exception of Chew Jetty, the Beach Street Fire Station, the mural street, and the Gurney Drive Clock Tower, which are a bit further (over 20 minutes walk). Several Michelin-starred eateries are within a 10-minute walk. However, Penang gets very hot, so it's best to stick to indoor activities between 11 AM and 4 PM. The hotel service is great. They can provide change for smaller denominations, and housekeeping is very prompt. The purified water dispenser in the hallway perfectly refills the water bottle in the room twice. The complimentary iced drinks are a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is abundant, and I highly recommend the roti canai. Considering the prime location, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended."

"The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, and there was even a water dispenser. I enjoyed a beautiful sunrise over the sea from the window in the morning. The hotel isn't too far from the old town, easily reachable on foot or by a short taxi ride. The only downside was the lack of tissues."

"Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, everything you need is there. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, no obvious oversights. Environment: Facing the Strait of Malacca. Service: They helped with our luggage. As an antique hotel, its value for money is truly excellent. You can stay for just over 1000 [currency unit]. Online, the Heritage Wing is more recommended, but because of its age, we chose the newer Victory Annexe. Before checking in, I saw some online reviews and was a bit worried, but after experiencing it firsthand, I found it to be quite good. First, upon arrival, the staff at the entrance were very attentive. When our car pulled up, they helped with our luggage, and the luggage was even delivered to our room. When checking in, there was a Chinese-speaking person at the front desk, but it seemed most could only speak English. However, simple English was fine, and they also used gestures, making the process very smooth. The room assignment was also quick. After checking in, the hotel balcony faced the sea. This hotel is quite popular, with all kinds of nationalities, but there was no obvious favoritism towards Caucasians or discrimination against Chinese. Perhaps because I'm someone with strong boundaries, every staff member I encountered smiled and nodded in greeting, which even made me feel a bit shy; there was no coldness. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Blue Mansion. You can go for a city walk when you step out – still highly recommended!"
