"Don't choose the pool view rooms; they look nothing like the pictures on the homepage, which are actually of the villas. The pool view is more expensive than the regular room view, but it's way too noisy as it's right by the entrance. The pool itself isn't great either; it's in an open area, closed at night, and during the day, staff are always chatting there, or parents with kids are constantly by the poolside. The pool is quite small, so if swimming is a priority for you, avoid it. Everything else was fine. Just go for the cheaper option. Also, the soundproofing isn't great. During the New Year period, I could clearly hear the kids upstairs and next door running around at night."

"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the port. It's on a very lively street, with lots of tourists, shops, cafes, and even horses – always bustling with activity. The breakfasts are fantastic – a lavish buffet plus you can order additional dishes to be prepared. Truly among the best! The rooms are incredibly clean and beautiful. The hotel's design gets an A+! 🤓"

"This hotel has a limited number of rooms, and by domestic standards, they're about 3-star quality. The à la carte breakfast was decent, nothing special. The beach right outside is only good for photos; there are strong currents and waves from two directions, so it's not suitable for swimming. It's probably not worth it if the price is over 500 a night."

"Best: swimming pool area, comfortable bed and pillows, bright rooms same as on pictures, quite area (no noise). Cons: Very average breakfast - one dish + tiny plate of fruits + coffee + 50/50 mixed water & ice juice Average service - you gonna spend hours with dirty plates if you order food at the swimming pool area and no one will get them away Open bathroom - since there are only shared bungalows, you will hear every single thing happening in the neighbors bathroom. Rooms- poor sound isolation between rooms + you can hear guests from the second floor as well. Amenities - no beach bag, they only provide plastic bags… No bicycle rent from the hotel- all the bicycles they recommended were in very sad condition, no bell or broken so I had to spend time walking and asking outside and found available ones only 30 minutes away (near harbor). All in all, the stay was just normal, I do not regret staying here but wouldn’t come again. For 3+ mil/night surely not worth it."

"It was new year eve inside, but it was quiet ~ There is also a private pool so you can play comfortably! The water pressure was high and the staff were all friendly~ It is convenient to rent a bicycle nearby! At first, it's hard to drag your luggage to the hostel, so if you have a lot of luggage, I recommend taking a carriage."

"We had a really lovely stay here 🤍 The team was wonderful (especially Windah, Made and Yadi), who made us feel very welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Thank you so much for the warm service ✨ The hotel also offers thoughtful extras like bicycle rental and umbrellas, so you can really feel that the staff cares about guests’ comfort 🚲☔ Overall, it’s a clean, pleasant, and well-maintained hotel. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout 🌿 One note for future guests: the website states that the Luxury Room has a private pool, but this is not the case. The Luxury Room has access to the shared pool, not a private one. Also worth knowing: the hotel is located in the northern part of the island, and there’s very little nearby. To reach restaurants or shops, you’ll definitely need a bicycle or an e-bike. Overall, a very nice stay and thank you to the whole team 🤍"

"We stayed in the big villa as there were 7 of us. Rooms were spacious & toilets were huge and clean. There were, however, 2 cockroaches that we killed over the 5D4N of our stay. Apart from that, cleanliness was good. Breakfast portions were alright. We could order an ala carte item and the rest was buffet style - pancakes, soup, fruits, nasi goreng & mee goreng (fried rice & fried noodles), fruit juices & breakfast cereals. Breakfast time is 8am-11am. Some of our dives were at 8am so they couldn't make breakfast earlier which is a minus point - Gili Trawangan is a dive island yo. They have a nice beachfront & provide beach towels for free so u can chill & order food there. Would be nice if they have taps at the front of our big villa to wash our sandy feet."

"We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It had a wonderful swim bar and a nice pool inside and had a nice beach house vibe however, what was really annoying was that me and my friend wanted twin beds but since they were fully booked, we could only get a room with A large bed. They did provide us with an extra bed but charged us 350,000 per night for the bed. That’s roughly the cost of an accommodation somewhere else like Scallywags. That put A bit of a damper on otherwise pleasant stay. Another thing was sometimes in the shower, it was very difficult to get the water to be the right temperature; at times it was scolding hot."
