"We absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed at the cave suite with 2 bedrooms, the rooms were huge and clean, and we had a private plunge pool which we were able to change the water temperature. It would have been perfect if there was a bath tub, but even without it it was great. The pool is at the edge of the balcony so it is like your own infinity pool! It may depend on the time you go, but for us we went and June and early July so it was really quiet and peaceful so it really feels like you are there at your own villa. Next, the staff were all very kind helpful and full of hospitality so we had a wonderful experience with them all. Also, the food in this hotel’s restaurant was unexpectedly delicious!! Our family went to several restaurants in Santorini but this hotel was the best! Breakfast is delicious and you can choose many types and we loved it!! Improvement points would be: - there are many stairs to go up and down so it may be hard for some ppl - the shower was not hot enough depending on the time you used it - we had to submit our breakfast order by 11pm the previous day and we could not order more or less at the actual morning/breakfast Overall we absolutely loved this hotel’s restaurant, the location of the room and pools are perfect, and you can fully enjoy the Aegean Sea view !!! I would 100% recommend it to anyone going to Ouia Santorini:)"

"Located not far from the city center, this hotel offers a pleasant pool and basic in-room breakfast. While the rooms are of moderate size, the beds provide comfort. Independent air conditioning is available in each room, which is a notable feature. However, the bathroom is compact and the shower amenities are limited. Although the hotel lacks a restaurant, guests can reach the center of Fira within 10-15 minutes and savor authentic Greek cuisine."

"One of the best places to stay in Santorini! The view is absolutely breathtaking and honestly one of the highlights of our trip. A very special mention to the lovely lady at reception — she was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Her kindness and attention really made a difference. "Really like the place. I only stayed 1 night in Santorini, wish I stayed longer. I stayed in February so it was the off season. It was so quiet in the hotel. It's located a short walk to the main area in Fira. Also not far from the Fira bus station which connects you to the rest of the island. The room was perfect. Nicely decorated, soft blanket, great bed, good shower, a lot of outlets next to the bed, it had a hairdryer and shampoo, no toothbrush. There was a nice private balcony with chairs to look out to the sea. Check in was fast. Office is right down stairs and open most of the day. I left my luggage there on my final day and went back to pick it up before my flight. Great place, would stay again"

"We enjoyed to stay this hotel very much. E,collect quiet location. Big parking space(not on road) Nice hotel room with all facilities. Nice swimming pool. We enjoy the outdoor and indoor sitting area. All staff are very nice. Excellent place to relax and enjoy sunrise in the morning. Lovely churches around us. Easy to walk to town and restaurants. Love to stay here again. Great bargain price."

"The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is beautiful. But be careful about the drain outlet of the hot water pool outside the room. My wife was accidentally ****** by it, but fortunately she was fine. It would be better if there were a few warnings or hints."
