"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was well-suited to Turkish tastes. The only issue was that it was hard to find a drink after 10 p.m., as almost all the bars were closing. The best part was that you could access the resort from both the beach and the pier."

"The hotel is excellent, the food is wonderful, in the main restaurant and in the posh club, the service in the main restaurant and in the main pools were wonderful, but the service in the Posh club was terrible, from the first moment at the reception until the exit, the preferential service in the VIP area left a lot to be desired, the service outside the VIP area was much better than inside the area. They should treat him with a minimum of respect and priority attention, but it was all the other way around, the service in the Posh Club VIP area was really terrible."

"We spent 5 days in a Junior Suite, the room is very nice recommended. Location is also perfect, you can find everything in the surrounding in a couple of minutes. Beach is sandy and a lot of fishes close to the shore. For us the room, beach and fishes the most important. Food was okay, nothing special, the same breakfast as in every hotel. The service was okay, but many times we couldn't order from the room service, because they were not available. If you want lot of nice fishes close to the beach and perfect location then it is recommended. Overall our stay was very nice."

"Highly recommended this hotel. When you check in they will give you a bracelet and you have to wear it till you check out. Breakfast is included for all guests, however they have a special “all inclusive packages” for some guests with different prices which i couldn’t find in trip.com. Lunch buffet is 560 EGP, dinner buffet is 750 EGP. If you want to eat outside I would recommend Al Hariri restaurant with 15mins walking distance. The first day when I arrived i ordered room services which comes to a surprise because it was a huge portion! Super worth it. Water heater works well but have to turn on for 5mins before it gets warm. HOWEVER, I wanted to buy ice cream at the pool bar but the staff charge me 100 EGP but when my friend bought it they only charge her 40 EGP. It was exactly the same ice cream…I guess in Egypt they could open any price they want, they will charge you for air too if they want…"

"The biggest advantage is that check-in and breakfast can be arranged in advance. We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 AM, and the Mustafa receptionist let us rest in the lobby for a while, informing us when breakfast started. After breakfast, they quickly arranged our room. The snorkeling area is right outside the room; the sea is crystal clear, and the fish and corals are plentiful, although there weren't any large ones. The hotel offers mask and fin rentals. The food was acceptable to me; a very substantial Mediterranean meal."

"While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points. "

"We booked this hotel on its 5* rating, to be honest it’s not 5*, we have stayed in many 5* hotels in many countries, this hotel needs updating, the staff from reception to restaurant doesn’t know how to welcome guests, like they don’t care, just come and go… food standards are of 3* , no fresh juice, daily 90% same stuff, swimming pool is nice, beach is clean but of3/4 *rooms are reasonable and good size, bathroom needs updating. Generally may be reasonable value for money but definitely not 5* . Sorry but website pics are deceptive…"

"I really enjoyed the numerous activities like yoga, dance shows, table tennis, and tennis! Snorkeling required a $5 rental fee for equipment. The room was clean and nice. I also walked to Farsha Cafe, which took a little less than 30 minutes!"

"The facilities are well-equipped. The food, however, is mostly Western, and could use some improvement. But the restaurant that requires reservations is quite good, they have seafood fried rice, though you can only book it once every 7 nights. The bartender at the lobby bar is amazing, just order a 'Take Five' and let them do their magic."
