The room was clean with no strange odors, and the non-slip flooring was perfect for my dog. I've already recommended it to all my pet-owning friends – five stars, absolutely! They even specially reserved a room with a terrace, so my dog could get some fresh air anytime. There were no pet-unfriendly fixtures in the room; all furniture corners were protected, so I didn't have to worry about my dog bumping into them. The cleaning staff were also super considerate, specifically avoiding pet items when cleaning. During my two-day stay, I consistently felt the hotel's understanding and dedication to pets. This will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we visit this city again!"

"AB Hotel truly exceeded our expectations during our ski trip. The entire experience was flawless, making it perfect for both skiers and families. I wholeheartedly recommend it! The room conditions were absolutely top-notch. The room type we booked was incredibly spacious, with a well-thought-out layout that never felt cramped. The decor was simple yet elegant, looking both clean and comfortable. The room was thoroughly cleaned; the floor was so spotless you could walk barefoot. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a truly peaceful sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, making it convenient for washing and preventing dampness. Some room types even came with a private balcony, offering a stunning view of the ski slopes right from your window – waking up to that snowy scenery was incredibly therapeutic. Even more thoughtful, the room was equipped with a washing machine, which was super practical for washing wet ski suits, especially for guests staying multiple days. Every detail was meticulously considered. The location was its biggest advantage, making ski trips incredibly convenient! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Nanshanli ski rental hall. Once you're geared up, you can head straight to the No. 9 chairlift, essentially achieving a ski-in/ski-out experience. This means no more lugging heavy ski boards around, saving a ton of time and energy. Exploring the town center for dining, shopping, or catching the bonfire and fireworks show was also super easy. There's a shuttle bus near the hotel with frequent services, getting you there in just a few minutes. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, fully meeting all daily needs, perfectly balancing skiing convenience with everyday life. The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming, attentive and considerate throughout our stay. Check-in was very fast, and the staff were all smiles, proactively asking about our travel needs and patiently explaining the ski resort's layout, shuttle bus schedules, and even recommending high-value restaurants and activities nearby. Even first-time skiers could quickly get their bearings. Since we had a larger group, the front desk even proactively helped us upgrade our room type. When checking out, the staff readily offered to help carry our ski boards and luggage. Any questions or issues we had were promptly addressed and efficiently resolved. From pre-arrival information reminders to detailed services during our stay, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant."

"Facilities: Very comprehensive, with a free and convenient storage area for ski gear. Hygiene: Satisfactory. Environment: Excellent, the ski slope is right outside the lobby. Service: Very warm and welcoming. Manager Liu Shuang at the front desk and the breakfast chef were very enthusiastic in answering our questions and proactively helped us resolve issues. "I've stayed at ski-in/ski-out hotels in Beidahu, Songhua Lake, Changbai Mountain Wanda, and Changbai Mountain Luneng in China. This was my first time at Wanlong, and I stayed at the Longgong Hotel for 4 nights. My experience was probably at the bottom among hotels in the same price range. 1) My booking stated free shuttle service from Taizicheng Railway Station. I thought it would be convenient, one person per seat, so I didn't book a car. After exiting the station, I found no staff holding signs or providing directions (while seeing staff from other ski resort hotels doing so). After asking around, I found the shuttle to Wanlong, which turned out to be a public bus. Due to the lack of guidance, people kept getting on, and by the end, my luggage and I were squeezed in, unable to move, and stood all the way to the hotel. 2) For a hotel that costs 3800 RMB per night (2800 RMB for just the room) during the off-peak season, including ski passes for 2 adults, it surprisingly lacks a dedicated ski pass/equipment counter. This meant I had to take my child to the main ski equipment/pass hall counter to queue up for buying tickets, renting gear, renewing cards, etc., no less than 7 or 8 times, which was a huge waste of time. The hotel also doesn't have a convenient one-stop ski equipment storage locker. Skis either had to be stored in a small hut opposite lifts 1 and 2 (requiring another queue for retrieval) or carried back to the hotel's 2nd floor or the locker on our floor. 3) For dinner, with only 4 choices within shuttle/walking distance, if you don't leave the hotel, the only dinner options are the noisy Wanlong Express Cafeteria and a small hot pot restaurant on the 4th floor. So, late at night, we had to brave the cold wind to take a shuttle/walk to the Shuanglong Hotel for à la carte dining (the food was very good, and with no other à la carte restaurants, we ate there for 3 consecutive nights!). 4) The hotel's executive lounge was dirty and messy. The lounge is shared with several other hotels in the ski resort, and personal bags and shoes were occupying tables and scattered on the floor everywhere. At any given time, there was only one staff member managing entry, replenishing food and drinks, and cleaning up. This resulted in no strict entry management, and used dishes and cups on tables were not cleared promptly. By just before 4 PM, after coming down the mountain, all hot drinks and snacks were gone. 5) We booked a mountain view room on a high floor, but it overlooked two parking lots downstairs. Even at 10 PM and 11 PM, car horns would occasionally honk, seriously disturbing my child's sleep. Pros: The slopes and snow quality are good (though high winds can blow snow away, exposing icy patches). The instructors are good quality. The 4th-floor cafeteria offers efficient service, many choices, and good food for lunch. Summary: Compared to other five-star ski resorts: The price is the same, but the service and amenities are far inferior. Compared to other hotels at Wanlong Ski Resort: The amenities and services are almost similar, but the premium is too high, making it not worth it."

"This hotel perfectly met all our needs! The location is fantastic, and getting a taxi was super easy, which is a huge plus for families traveling with seniors and young children. The room was spacious and airy, with a practical layout that easily accommodated our family of three, even including a sofa and a small coffee table where the elders could rest if they got tired. We were very impressed with the cleanliness; the room was sparkling clean every day, and the bedding and towels were changed promptly. The bathroom was odor-free and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a humidifier in the room. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff patiently answered all our questions and even helped us plan a suitable itinerary for the whole family. The restaurant offered soft, easy-to-eat porridge and mild dishes, which were perfect for both seniors and kids. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and our entire family was very happy with our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip!"

"On the day of check-in, a customer service representative added me on WeChat to register my license plate number promptly. They also provided complimentary welcome fruit. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile, proactively asking about my needs and patiently guiding me. Whether it was requesting an extra blanket late at night or asking for recommendations for local food, they were always incredibly patient. The hot springs, however, were truly the highlight of this trip. The water was crystal clear and perfectly warm. Soaking in it, all the fatigue from traveling instantly melted away as the steam rose, leaving me completely relaxed, both in body and mind. The attention to detail was excellent too; the changing rooms were clean and dry, and there were plenty of soft towels. Such thoughtful and meticulous service, combined with these incredibly therapeutic hot springs, truly makes this place worth a visit."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money! We stayed for four days with our kids, and every day was a joy. The dining options were convenient, and the accommodations were very comfortable. We were satisfied with every aspect. We'll definitely be back next winter season. I love the Genting Grand Hotel. The staff at the Blue Lake Restaurant were exceptional, always smiling and ready to answer any questions. The front desk service was also great, resolving issues quickly. The cleaning staff were very diligent and polite. My only unpleasant experience, and why I can't give a perfect score, was at the ski resort's ticket exchange counter. The first time, I accidentally handed over my driver's license instead of the correct ID, and the staff member immediately looked annoyed and unhappy. Then, on the morning of January 20th, I went to exchange tickets again. I wasn't sure if I should use the same card or get a new one, so I simply asked. The woman at the first window suddenly started shouting, ”I'll give you two new cards!” It startled me so much that I was speechless for a while. I've never experienced such service at a five-star hotel. After that, I discovered a lovely and kind young lady with a bob haircut at window 3, and I made sure to go to her every time. She always had a sweet smile and chatted with me a bit."

"This was my first stay here. We had a 3-bedroom family suite, perfect for a family stay. It was spread over two floors, which was great, featuring 3 bathrooms and a walk-in closet on the second floor. The suite was spacious, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a fridge and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The facilities were a mix of new and old, but the overall environment was acceptable. However, there was a strong smell of dog urine in the hallway, and even running an air purifier didn't help. Upon check-in, the hotel offered complimentary hot spring tickets or movie passes. We chose the hot springs, which were quite good, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools. It was relatively peaceful and not crowded. Breakfast had limited options, but the noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons were delicious. The only downside was that it didn't open until 7:30 AM. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the station, which was quite convenient. However, it doesn't pick up/drop off right at the hotel entrance, but at the town entrance instead."

"Great location, right next to the gondola. The hotel itself is quite large, with a ski equipment hall and various restaurants. It's definitely one of the landmark hotels in Thaiwoo Ski Town. The service is also good; they offer free ski storage and even allowed us a late check-out. HRY at the front desk was particularly helpful and even arranged for my headphones to be mailed back after I left them behind. It was a really good experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"The hotel is very accommodating; they offer ski storage and you can even send your gear ahead of time to the front desk, which was really convenient since I came by high-speed rail. The breakfast was decent and well-balanced. Chongli is very dry in winter, so it was great that the room had a humidifier. It was -15℃ outside, but a comfortable 29℃ in the room. Overall, the Element hotel has a great location for skiing, with its own ski locker on the second floor of the ski rental hall, perfect for changing and temporarily storing equipment. Plus, the hotel provided a 30% discount voucher for lift tickets."
