"The room was very clean, and the host was super friendly and helpful with luggage. There's also a Samoyed named Mitsu who is incredibly friendly; my kids absolutely adored her and couldn't bear to leave. The dog was very clean and well-behaved. Overall, the guesthouse was very quiet."

"The owner was so welcoming and waited up late for us to check in, even though we arrived in Lijiang quite late that day. The guesthouse environment is fantastic! Our two rooms were on the first and second floors, respectively, and you can go up to the third-floor viewing platform in the morning to catch a glimpse of the 'Sun-Kissed Golden Mountain' if you're lucky. 🫶🥰"

"Finally found the Hobbit village hidden in the mountains of Lijiang! It's like stepping into a Hobbit fairy tale, with stunning gardens, treehouses, and cabins that make for amazing photos. You can feed the adorable and gentle lambs and calves here, making it perfect for a family trip with kids who could play all day. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the cafe offer incredible views, framing the mountain fields. The coffee, desserts, and warm breakfast are also absolutely delicious! 🥳"

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise and one of the highlights of our stay in Lijiang. The rooms are spacious and come with a private hot spring tub, which was the perfect way to relax after a long day exploring Lijiang Ancient Town. Both my children absolutely loved it, and it became something we looked forward to every evening. The service was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. At times, it felt like having a private concierge at our fingertips. We also appreciated the complimentary minibar, snacks, afternoon tea, and hotel transfers in a comfortable vehicle. As we were travelling with children, I requested rooms close to each other, and the hotel kindly upgraded one of our rooms to accommodate our request. The kids were also delighted by the buggy rides around the property. Some travelers may find the hotel slightly further from the old town, but for us, that was actually a plus. It provided a peaceful environment to relax and unwind away from the crowds. The private hot spring tub alone makes it worth staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Lijiang."

I originally came for the terrace and the snow-capped mountain view, but I was deeply touched by the warm atmosphere and all the thoughtful details! Before check-in, they proactively contacted me and sent all relevant information like the address, directions, and activities. They always offered to help with luggage, greeted me warmly whenever I came and went, and thoughtfully asked if I needed transportation or meals. It wasn't just commercial politeness; you could feel that they were genuinely good and sincere people! 🌄 The rooms with a second-floor terrace have an absolutely stunning view. You can see the 'golden mountains' at sunrise and sunset right from your room, with the snow-capped mountains practically at your fingertips when you're lying in bed. All the pictures were taken in the room with my phone! Absolutely amazing! I also stayed in a triangular vaulted room and loved the ceiling design! I slept incredibly well! The room photos are exactly what you get; absolutely no misleading pictures! 🍈 The day I arrived, as soon as I settled in, afternoon tea was delivered to my room. It wasn't some perfunctory pre-made stuff; there was delicious ice cream cake and fragrant rose tea! On my last day, I had to leave for the snow mountain before dawn and would miss breakfast, so the night before, the lady prepared a take-out breakfast and delivered it to my room – super thoughtful! After a day of playing, I didn't have an appetite for afternoon tea, so they brought me a full plate of fresh fruit. I was so touched! Every detail shows their sincerity! 🏘️ The hotel is not in the city center, so it's very quiet! During the day, the hotel can arrange transport to the city center, and it's also easy to get a taxi if you go out yourself. Baisha is a small town, different from the hustle and bustle of Lijiang, but it's quiet and convenient. A short walk takes you to the ancient town, and barbershops and convenience stores are all nearby. Because of this hotel, I love this small town even more!!!"

"The path from Lijiang Old Town to the B&B is a bit narrow in some sections. Our Didi driver actually dropped us off less than 200 meters from the B&B, making us walk the rest of the way ourselves! Honestly, those 200 meters weren't actually that bad. The B&B owner apologized when he found out and upgraded our room! The room I originally booked already exceeded my expectations, but the upgraded room on the second floor was even more beautiful. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you could see mountains and fields. The rooftop terrace offered expansive views, and occasionally you could catch a glimpse of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain's peak, though unfortunately, the clouds were too thick and there was no snow on the top. The B&B service was incredibly nice. The two young men working there were also very enthusiastic, not only helping us with our luggage but also giving us detailed recommendations for good restaurants and unique cafes nearby. They even gave us some fruit. The B&B is just a few minutes' walk from Baisha Ancient Town. The breakfast at the B&B was also very clean and exquisite!"

"This is a newly opened guesthouse, and the room was incredibly spacious with all the amenities you could ask for. I was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine, humidifier, and refrigerator, along with thoughtful touches like bath bombs and laundry pods. The only drawback was that the room felt quite dark. It was okay during the day with the curtains open, but at night it was particularly dim. The surroundings were serene and very quiet, with a beautiful courtyard and swimming pool. It's a short 7-10 minute walk to Baisha Ancient Town. The hotel restaurant offers dinner, which was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, they seemed a bit inexperienced with operations. Usually, at check-in, guests are asked about fruit plates, afternoon tea, and complimentary evening dessert soup – whether they prefer them in the restaurant or delivered to the room – but none of this was mentioned. I only found out they were available when I asked the next morning. The fruit plate felt hastily put together, and the dessert soup wasn't very good. Breakfast was extremely simple – just rice noodles/congee, eggs, corn, and steamed buns. It didn't really match the positioning of a high-end guesthouse."

The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the free breakfast – good variety and tasty options to start the day. I also loved the free tea break, a nice little touch that made me feel welcomed and relaxed after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lijiang. "The sunny days in Yunnan are incredibly healing, with blue skies and white clouds. The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to the snow-capped mountains with fantastic views. We took our child during the summer holiday and stayed in the family room. The room was spacious and airy, with a fun and cute style that our child absolutely loved. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, full-score views of the beautiful scenery. Our whole family had a very comfortable stay."
