"The experience was not pleasant. Upon arriving at the hotel late at night, we were informed by the hotel manager that they had oversold our room. Consequently, we were required to change hotels on the first day and return to this hotel the following day. The entire process was extremely lengthy, leaving us all exhausted. The reason I had booked this hotel for two nights was to avoid a tiring schedule of constant packing and unpacking our luggage. The on-duty manager had also promised to upgrade our room and provide us with lounge access after our return. However, these promises were not kept. The room upgrade was not made, and lounge access was also not provided.
To add on, there was no waiting area in front of the lobby, so you might want to reconsider choosing this hotel if you’re using Uber or car booking services.
Despite the overall quality of the hotel, I will not be booking it again."
