"The environment is pretty good. The hotel is right across the street from the bay and the beach, and our room offered great views of the ocean and the sunrise. The only downside is that there aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll need a car to get to restaurants. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Service: Also very good. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and the floor attendants were very polite. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new. Breakfast was just average."

"This is a top-tier five-star hotel in Shanwei! The stunning, uninterrupted lake views of Pinqing Lake are absolutely breathtaking. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable view. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The heated swimming pool and gym facilities were well-equipped, and the breakfast was abundant with local specialties. The elegant Chinese-style garden is perfect for photos. The location is convenient and parking is free. It's ideal for both leisure and business trips. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!"

"My stay at the Hilton Shanwei was fantastic! The concierge, Rainbow, was incredibly helpful, sharing tips for my visit. I stayed for two nights and was upgraded to an amazing sea-view room, which was incredibly relaxing. I was welcomed with warm, sweet cookies upon arrival – a lovely touch! The hotel's breakfast was a real highlight, featuring local specialties like Chaoshan beef kway teow, rice rolls, and thin pancakes, all delicious. Every morning, the omelet chef even made personalized eggs for me, which brightened my day. The hotel's location is convenient, and the complimentary travel photography session was very professional, resulting in beautiful shots at Black Sand Beach, Wind Sail Chapel, and the beach itself. 💕"

"I stayed at the hotel for five days during this business trip, so here are my impressions. The service was excellent. I arrived at the hotel at 10 am on the first day, and they immediately arranged early check-in the day before yesterday, even thoughtfully providing a breakfast voucher – great service! The surrounding environment was nice; the beach was just a few dozen meters away, perfect for an evening stroll! I booked a business twin room, which was very spacious, located on the tenth floor, quiet, and comfortable! The hotel has a laundry room and gym, very convenient! Having mentioned so many advantages, I'll also offer some suggestions, otherwise everyone might think I'm a shill. One thing I wasn't satisfied with was the buffet breakfast. While it was enough to fill me up, for a hotel of this size, the food was just average. Maybe everyone's taste is different."

Welcome to Beautiful Shanwei. Have a nice trip.
"I would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families."
