Even more surprising, there's a self-service washer and dryer right next to the room, with complimentary detergent provided. The entire wash and dry cycle only takes two hours, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests staying longer or needing frequent laundry. KK provided service with a constant smile throughout my stay, helping with my luggage upon check-in and even presenting a local specialty gift upon check-out. These small details really highlight their attentiveness. The hotel environment was clean and bright, and the drinks and meals delivered by the robot felt incredibly considerate. From the facilities to the service, every aspect showcased the hotel's professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen! "An Unforgettable New Year's Stay at Central Coast Sea View Hotel, Sanya We spent four incredible nights at the Central Coast Sea View Hotel in Sanya (December 31 - January 4), and it was the perfect way to ring in the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Our room was absolutely awesome (Smart suite)– spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering stunning ocean views that made every morning feel like a treat. The entire hotel experience exceeded our expectations with their consistently high-level service throughout our stay. Special mention must go to Levi from the hotel reception team, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. The tour service desk also deserves praise for their outstanding assistance in helping us make the most of our time in Sanya. The hotel's location is another major plus – it's conveniently close to numerous shops and the Sanya One Mall, Sanya Bay, making it easy to explore the area and do some shopping whenever we wanted. The hotel's amenities were fantastic. With two pools plus a breathtaking infinity pool. The infinity pool, in particular, provided a mesmerizing experience with its seamless views. The children's play area was wonderful – my daughter absolutely loved it and spent hours enjoying the facilities. This was truly a memorable New Year's celebration, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create these special family memories. Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect blend of luxury, service, and family-friendly amenities in Sanya."

This hotel offers views of both sunrise and sunset. You can capture amazing photos with just a casual shot, giving off a blockbuster feel. The photographer did a great job, and I personally loved it so much that I asked them to take more."

"A fresh start for a new year, the New Year's morning here was peaceful, clean, refreshing, and bright. We chose Sumi for our New Year's Eve, watching fireworks and celebrating New Year's Day. Sumi by the sea is truly beautiful! We enjoyed watching the tides come and go from the courtyard, gazing at the clouds drift across the blue sky, witnessing sunrises in the morning, sunsets in the evening, and starry nights. Sleeping to the sound of waves, it was a treat for the eyes, mind, and body. The room facilities were clean and hygienic, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable! The service was warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The restaurant overlooks the sea, offering a pleasant and comfortable dining environment with delicious seafood. There are also many other restaurants nearby, providing a rich and diverse culinary experience. It's a convenient place to live and travel, a true vacation paradise."

"The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and the hotel environment was lovely! Watching movies on the projector at night was so relaxing, and waking up to large windows overlooking coconut groves and green lawns was fantastic. Even though we didn't book a sea-view room, we could still catch glimpses of the ocean, haha. The hotel is located in the Tianya Haijiao scenic town, so private cars can't drive directly in. You can take a sightseeing shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel for 5 yuan per person, which drops you and your luggage right at the entrance. It was a great way to experience the town's charm along the way. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"My stay at the Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli Bay was a delightful surprise! It's incredibly pet-friendly; not only do they provide pet amenities, but there's also ample space for pets to roam. The hotel's dining was impressive, especially the seafood buffet, which offered authentic and rich flavors. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony directly overlooking the azure sea, and the facilities were well-maintained. Moreover, our hotel butler, Jingmei, provided exceptional service – she was very attentive, actively helped relay feedback and optimization suggestions, and even assisted with a late check-out. Overall, the hotel offers a serene environment with a wonderful resort vibe. Whether you're traveling with your furry friend or just looking to relax on your own, it's highly recommended!"

"To be honest, I booked two hotels in Sanya: one MGM and this Taikang. I really love this hotel! First of all, the service is impeccable. The receptionist, sister Putao, was incredibly warm and responsive to all our requests, which made for an excellent experience. The hotel itself is quiet, spacious, very new, and well-designed. The value for money is also fantastic. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the hotel helped me change them and even offered a complimentary professional photoshoot with great, high-quality pictures. I think the environment here is much better than MGM's. If you like peace, quiet, and great service, choose this place. There are also fantastic amenities for kids."

"What an incredible night, it felt like all my previous trips to Sanya were wasted! I've stayed in plenty of five-star hotels around this area, but this was my first time at MGM. I brought my parents to Sanya, hoping they'd enjoy themselves since they're getting on in years, so I booked this full ocean-view suite. They were absolutely thrilled! The large balcony was perfect for photos and watching the sunrise – truly amazing. The service was exceptionally good, especially from Xiao Hu. He took care of us every step of the way, adding me on WeChat the day before to help with arrangements. Before our room was ready, he even arranged a temporary room for my parents to rest in. The suite included breakfast at the beachfront restaurant, and the à la carte options were incredibly exquisite. Originally, only two breakfasts were included, but Xiao Hu helped us get an extra one for free. The hotel also had a lot of lively activities in the evening."

The ocean view room offered breathtaking vistas of Haitang Bay's turquoise waters and the outline of Wuzhizhou Island from the balcony. The room itself was exquisitely decorated and spotless, with a comfortable wet/dry bathroom separation and a thoughtful minibar that made our stay extra pleasant. The most delightful surprise was the abundance of facilities. Our room key granted unlimited access to the waterpark, where the thrill of Poseidon's Revenge and the fun of the Hurricane Slide left lasting memories. The Lost Chambers Aquarium, with its magical lighting and diverse marine life, was perfect for both family interaction and photo opportunities. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, from the efficient and smooth check-in process to the staff's warm and attentive demeanor. Their prompt responses and professional guidance made us feel truly valued at every moment. Breakfast buffet was an amazing spread, with a dazzling array of both Chinese and Western cuisine. Facilities: All the facilities are quite new, much newer than the hotels in Yalong Bay. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good, meeting expectations. Environment: The environment is excellent. You can walk to the beach, and the aquarium and water park are also quite good. Service: The service attitude was genuinely great.
