"The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, and the room size is just average. There was a minor incident on the day we checked in: the air conditioning in this executive room made a loud, whistling noise when it was on. Luckily, the weather wasn't too hot, so we could sleep without it. The shower drain was severely clogged; initially, I thought it was just hair and debris, but when I opened the drain cover, I realized the pipe itself was blocked. After running the shower for just two minutes, the entire shower stall would flood, enough to 'go boating,' and it took a long time for the water to drain. This also caused water to spill out onto the bathroom floor. We contacted housekeeping, and since we were very tired that day, they offered to give us a solution the next day and promptly switched us to a twin room. Overall, their attitude was good, and they handled the issue quite proactively. The hotel breakfast spread is decent for the price. The hot food at the lounge was just so-so, but given how hotels are currently cutting costs due to 'cost reduction and efficiency improvement' by their owners, it's good that the lounge is still operational at all. We drove ourselves, and that evening, we were told we couldn't park in the ground-level parking lot due to a bus, so we had to navigate to the very complicated underground garage. A doorman proactively asked if we needed a ride to guide us, which was a nice touch, as we wouldn't have found it otherwise. I suggest they update the hotel's underground parking entrance/exit location on navigation apps."

"We had excellent stay. The view to the lake and the park is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable, the room is clean and spacious. The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The check in / out process are efficient. Although the location is not central of the city, it is very easy to get Didi taxi. Overall it is an excellent hotel, highly recommended."

After we reported it to the evening's 'little butler,' she immediately came to our room to check it out herself and quickly arranged for us to switch rooms! Not only was the issue resolved promptly, but she also apologized repeatedly and had a fruit platter sent up by a staff member. This kind of responsible and proactive handling of the situation made us feel completely at ease!"

Upon arrival, the room was perfectly arranged to my liking: the curtains were half-open to let in natural light, and what touched me most was that she had pre-arranged a late checkout for me. The Loyalty Department has proven over time that true loyalty service isn't about points redemption, but about making each guest feel like a unique and cherished member of this family. "This stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel faces the lake, and the view is breathtaking right out the window. There's also a park nearby, making it a convenient place for strolls. The night market is just a few minutes' walk away, making it a fantastic place to shop and eat in the evenings. The subway station is right next to us, making transportation a breeze. If you're driving, you can even park in the free parking lot, which is so thoughtful. The room was spacious and clean, and the Xiaodu smart control system was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, and they even offer laundry and drying services. The staff were always friendly and courteous, especially Ms. Shen Qing! I'll definitely stay here again!"

The entrance to the room was recessed from the hallway, so corridor noise didn't disturb the room; it was very quiet. The shower had strong water pressure, making it comfortable for showering and washing hair. The air conditioning was very cool and odor-free. The room was smartly designed. Wanda Plaza is next door, making it easy to get there from the underground garage. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The value for money is excellent. "If you're visiting Nanning, this Wuxiang Mountain Villa Hotel is truly the best choice. The experience was absolutely fantastic, beyond words. This time, I happened to be returning to Liuzhou during the off-peak season, so I decided to spend two nights here before heading back to Shenzhen. The villa is located right next to Wuxiang Lake Park, serving as a natural 'oxygen bar'. Its extensive gardens are home to a wide variety of plants, and within the grounds, you can find swans and peacocks. Guests can even enjoy feeding the adorable animals and koi fish. I would genuinely call this Nanning's ultimate holiday paradise!!! Both the overall environment and the service were absolutely outstanding. The rooms are spacious, designed with a traditional Chinese style and facilities that possess a classic charm. The balcony is very comfortable and expansive, and in the mornings, you're serenaded by the delightful sounds of insects and birds! Coexisting with nature here is simply so idyllic and relaxing. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the staff were very polite. The restaurant manager even personally inquired about our dining experience. When we pointed out a minor area for improvement, it was completely rectified the very next morning at breakfast – truly impressive and thoughtful service! Overall, the service was excellent. There's a convenient concierge buggy service for transfers to and from the guest rooms, and you never have to wait long at all, making everything incredibly convenient!"
