"This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event."

"The B&B is right next to the Huquan Ecological Park, just across the road. I saw the most beautiful sunset on the day I arrived, which was great... The B&B rooms have a side view of the lake, there is a viewing platform on the fifth floor, and there is also a terrace on the top floor, from which you can directly see the panoramic view of the ecological park. The room is well-equipped with disposable paper cups and bath towels, which is very good... It is not far from the Red River Water Town, and you can walk there. There is a detailed travel guide at the front desk, which introduces the transportation tickets to the scenic spot in great detail, which is very considerate..."

"I liked the service and the breakfast buffet, but I wasn't happy with the strong formaldehyde smell in the room. I felt dizzy and groggy after two nights there. Secondly, I was looking for the bathtub, but the tub bag wouldn't fit on my head. Even if I managed to put it on, it would fall off when I turned on the water. I struggled for a long time but couldn't fix it, so I just gave up."

We didn't have our own room-only wifi, so we had to use Jiyun to connect to the projector. It was intermittent and mostly unavailable, relying entirely on data. 4️⃣ The soundproofing was average. Since the pool was outdoors, if someone upstairs was playing in the water, it felt like someone was bouncing right over our heads. Even chatting in the outdoor common area was perfectly clear. We even ran into a group singing in the restaurant all night. We were looking for a quiet place, but we were disappointed. 😩 There were children screaming outside until after 10 PM, and then at 6 AM, there were elderly men chatting at the door. 2. Service. I have to say the staff were very nice, including the cleaning ladies and the cafeteria staff. It made me want to lose my temper, but I let it go. But I was really angry. 1️⃣ We arrived late, at 2:40 PM, and asked if they could make us food. We were so touched. We asked the butler for a note that we didn't want spicy food. Of the four dishes that arrived, three were incredibly spicy. Yes, but it was weird. It was spicy, but it was delicious! But I don't want spicy food. It made us, the elders and the children, sweat. I complained to the housekeeper but he ignored me. Then when I checked out, he gave me the bill and told me to calculate and pay by myself. Damn, what happened? 2️⃣ There are many activities. I would like to praise the wine tasting brother here. The wine tasting experience is very good. First, let me complain about the bread making. We went to wait for it at 3 o'clock, and the activity officially started at 3:18. Let's say, we can't just wait for the guests to be on time, right? The bread activity experience is very good. Everyone is very happy after it is done. Then we went to bake. We asked three times, and they said they would send it back to me after baking. So what? There was no one in the bread area. At 18:30, I urged the housekeeper and he finally sent it back to me. Fortunately, it was delicious. But I can't stand it. There are so many flies and insects in the garden. Who knows what they have been through? ? Let me rant about the oil paintings and wood carvings again. Sorry, I can't complain because I didn't do any of them. I took a quick look at the entrance. After all, there were no lights on in the room, so I have no idea how those beautiful ladies were so enthusiastically painting in the dim light. I didn't try golf. I just gave up after walking up a steep slope for about 10 minutes. 3️⃣ The travel photography was really beautiful. It would have been even better if I hadn't forgotten my appointment. 4️⃣ The breakfast was terrible. Who else would have ice cream and Sprite for breakfast? Of course, since the staff were eating the same thing as us, we didn't get angry. Yes, it was a work lunch. The rice noodles were okay. The lady who cooked them was really nice. 3. Location. The scenery is amazing. It's in a villa area, so be careful if you don't drive. You can get a taxi up there, but you can't get back down. Since we couldn't get a taxi in ten minutes, we walked out for over ten minutes, walked up two steep slopes, and then walked down. A classic example of not forcing yourself to eat. The front desk lady said that next time if you can't get a taxi, they could pick you up, but unfortunately, we didn't have the chance. I've never given a bad review. It seems like each individual thing is good, but when put together, it's just ridiculous. Hope things get better and better."
