Altira Macau is a contemporary luxurious hotel offering highly personalized and tailored customer service catering primarily to the high-end Asian-oriented market. Altira Macau features a 38-storey tower including approximately 183,000 square feet of dazzling multi-level casino as well as exclusive private gaming salons. The complex also features a contemporary Forbes Five Star rating hotel with spacious guestrooms, including luxurious suites and elegant villas, signature restaurants including Ying, Aurora and Tenmasa, the stylish 38 Lounge and the award-winning Altira Spa.

"This hotel, part of the Melco Group, boasts excellent quality. It's located in a residential area rather than the main hotel district, which offers a great opportunity to experience Macau's local charm. With the closure of many satellite casinos in Macau, the entertainment facilities at Altira Macau itself have also improved. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage, providing adaptors, and offering attentive turndown service. My only suggestion is that I hope the hotel will soon accept Alipay or WeChat for deposit payments, or waive the deposit altogether for guests who have already pre-paid their room fees."

"My stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai ***** and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!"

"I’ve always been an advocate for staying at relatively new hotels, and this is the first time I’ve stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace. I never thought that I would actually stay at an SJM property, but given that this was a celebration of my birthday, I was able to splurge a little bit. We had a little baby and they provided a relatively new baby cot and upgrade us to a slightly larger room at check-in. We also added the buffet, which for us cost an extra $100 per person per day, which we thought was really worth it. The buffet had a range of cuisines and we really enjoyed heading down to the buffet every single day we were there. Downstairs is also where the Csaino is located, so it makes it quite convenient and easy to play a bit. Overall, with what we paid, I thought it was quite a good deal since the room was around 60 to 70 m² which was pretty comfortable for the three of us."

"Arrived from Senado Square in the early evening after a 20-minute walk through several alleys, finding a quiet spot. You can see the Macau Tower right from the hotel entrance on the roadside. The hotel is located halfway up the hill and is clean. My room, which faced the mountain, seemed newly renovated, was very comfortable and spacious. There were shuttle bus reminders in the lobby. That evening, following Baidu Maps, I walked less than 800 meters down to the street for dinner and discovered the stunning night view of the peninsula, with drone shows and the International Light Festival ongoing, creating a strong Christmas atmosphere. Walking back on a different path, I realized how convenient the location truly is. The next morning, I walked to A-Ma Temple Station; the walk up the hill was refreshing, and the surrounding area was full of villas. I'm really pleased I chose this place; it offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose it again next time."

"🌟 Truly captivated by my stay at MO! 🌟 Undoubtedly Macau's top scenic spot, the luxurious Tower View Suite offers unparalleled views – one side facing the stunning sea, the other overlooking the Macau Tower. You can enjoy the sunset over the tower from your room in the evening, and witness the sunrise over the ocean from the pool in the morning. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel's service is impeccable and incredibly thoughtful. Upon learning it was for my parents' anniversary, they proactively upgraded our room, decorated it, and gifted us red wine and cake. As a member, I also received a complimentary breakfast for a third person. The attention to detail in their service was truly moving. From the moment the butler escorted us and introduced the facilities, we felt a warm sense of belonging. The turn-down service didn't feel routine; instead, it genuinely anticipated all our needs. Returning to the room in the evening, we discovered so many delightful surprises, feeling a truly personalized touch. The breakfast, featuring mostly my favorite Chinese dim sum, was exquisite and delicious. Definitely worth a perfect score! 💯"
