The Mulan Hotel where I stayed had central air conditioning just outside the window, which made a loud buzzing noise in the middle of the night. As the hotel was fully booked that day and it was already past midnight, there was only a new girl on duty at the front desk, so I endured it all night. I would consider staying here again, but I would not choose the Mulan room again."
