"Hotel yy is right in the heart of Jiaxing city center, directly opposite the Catholic Church and Zicheng. Yuehe and Nanhu Lake are also very close, less than a 10-minute drive away. The room was spacious and bright, with well-maintained and functional facilities. It was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The rotating restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious breakfast options, and dining while enjoying the scenery was delightful. The staff were friendly and even upgraded our room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The location, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all top-notch, making it a truly hassle-free stay for families traveling."

"There are big differences between different rooms. The one I booked was probably the best king-size room. At first, I was given a large room with an inner window. Later, I was moved to a room facing the river and the memorial hall. It was very good and even had a massage chair.
The hotel is quiet, and it is very comfortable to walk around Nanhu along the river greenway. The breakfast was average and the bathroom in the room I stayed in was elevated and could cause tripping. You can also deliver meals to your room, suitable for business travel"

"During the Qingming holiday, the weather was excellent. We spontaneously decided to drive from Shanghai to Jiaxing for a spring outing. Although it was a last-minute decision during a holiday, the hotel didn't overcharge much.
The hotel is close to the city center, making it convenient for getting around. It's within walking distance of Jiaxing Botanical Garden. The garden itself is lovely, with fresh air and cherry blossoms in full bloom, attracting many visitors.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited, perhaps because we arrived late and many items had already run out. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor, and it was surprisingly good. The two-person set menu was so generous that our family of two adults and one child was completely stuffed. The shrimp balls, the shredded beef with crispy rice — every dish was fantastic.
The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, which our child thoroughly enjoyed.
Our family also took a boat ride on Nanhu Lake, experiencing some 'red education' (referring to revolutionary history)."

"A great place for a weekend getaway! The service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage to the room. A special thanks to Xiao Dong for their service. We were upgraded to a lake-view room, and the balcony offered a stunning view with quaint bridges and the lake. After settling in, we walked along Nanhu Lake to Nanhu Tiandi for dinner and stumbled upon a bread festival, which was a lovely surprise and we got some great finds. Back at the hotel, we found that turndown service had been provided. The next morning, after breakfast, we headed to Haogu Pagoda. I actually wanted to go there on the first afternoon, but we couldn't find the small back entrance, and neither could several other groups who came looking later. We eventually realized it was blocked by illegally parked cars. I hope the hotel can put up a sign there to explain this. After descending the pagoda, we took another stroll around the hotel grounds to enjoy the garden scenery before leaving. We skipped Yuehe and Zicheng, which were mentioned online, as we had to head back in the afternoon, and having been to Xitang, I didn't feel the need to visit another water town; once a year is enough for me. I actually prefer places like Nanhu Tiandi. Of course, for those with more time, it's worth exploring all these places."

"My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Jiaxing was absolutely wonderful! Rita at the front desk was incredibly efficient and welcoming during check-in. She had a constant smile and patiently answered all my questions. The breakfast the next day was an even bigger surprise – so many varieties, fresh ingredients, and both Chinese and Western options. The freshly ground coffee and made-to-order pastries were especially outstanding. Next time I'm in Jiaxing, I'll definitely choose this place again!"

"I decided to go to Jiaxing on May Day. I booked a superior twin room, which was very cost-effective. It was perfect for bringing children with two beds, one large and one small. The hotel facilities were complete, the environment was clean and hygienic, the service staff was very enthusiastic, and they also sent a breakfast. There were charging piles in the parking lot, and Wanda Plaza was nearby, which was convenient for self-driving. If you don't have too high expectations for breakfast, it's okay. There are both Chinese and Western styles."

"A friend recommended this hotel for a one-night stay, and it was perfect for taking the kids out. First, the hotel is right inside Nanhu Tiandi; just park your car and take the elevator. It's very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing, especially now that the weather is hot, enjoying the night view in the evening is a great experience. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel provides complimentary qipao and hanfu clothing, as well as its own garden, just out the back door—it's photogenic. Taking photos yourself at the hotel is definitely enough. Since we were traveling with our mothers, we wanted to give them a unique experience, so we booked a photographer and makeup artist on the hotel's recommendation. They were both fantastic! The communication was smooth, the staff were friendly, and most importantly, the photography and makeup skills were top-notch. The mothers were all very satisfied. Since we made a last-minute decision, we didn't bring any clothes, as there aren't many styles or sizes here. If you need any, you can bring your own clothes, and that would be perfect."

The room has a wide view, overlooking the night view of the city. The lights are just coming on and it is beautiful. During my stay, the housekeeping staff cleaned the room spotlessly every day and left me little sweet notes to remind me of weather changes.
