"The room was quite spacious and even had a sofa. Overall, it was pretty good, and you could see the sea in the distance. **Facilities**: It came with an electric kettle and wine glasses, which were better amenities than a standard king or twin room. **Hygiene**: Being a new hotel, it was relatively clean, although the canned mineral water was a bit unpleasant. **Environment**: Being able to see the sea from afar, the night view was also quite beautiful. **Service**: The service was generally good. During the day, there were hosts at the lobby elevator who were very enthusiastic, and luggage storage was also very convenient. However, the front desk staff on duty at night had an average attitude; they would get annoyed if you asked too many questions."

You can walk to Causeway Bay in about 15 minutes. It's also not as bustling as Mong Kok or Tsim Sha Tsui, allowing you to really experience local life. Highly recommended. The room is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and comfortable."

Most of the elegantly furnished rooms offer a commanding view of the famous Happy Valley Racecourse, including the Deluxe Triple Room, Deluxe Family Quad Room and a series of theme suites.Other facilities include 3T Bar, newly renovated gym room, and pillar-less Xin Hua Room for meeting and events accommodating up to 140 guests.

"I stayed at Dorsett Wan Chai in Hong Kong with my mom for three nights. The self check-in process was easy and convenient using the robot in the lobby, thanks to the clear instructions emailed by the hotel ahead of time. With that being said, the lobby layout is a bit confusing and disjointed. The multiple elevators located in different areas and behind various doors made navigating the space feel unnecessarily complicated. The guest rooms are quite small, which made it challenging for two people to move around comfortably or manage luggage. We requested a room change for more space and were fortunately accommodated with a slightly larger room, which made a noticeable difference. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Donald, as well as the phone operator. Housekeeping staff were also attentive and kind throughout our stay. Overall, Dorsett Wan Chai is centrally located and close to excellent local restaurants, bars, and city attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring Hong Kong."

The hotel is only 6km from Hung Hom Station and 40km from Hong Kong International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. In addition, Wan Chai Metro Station is just a short walk away. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. Perfect for those working on the move, this hotel caters to a large number of business guests.

"Have already stayed in Burlington Hotel for quite a couple times. It’s always my go-to hotel whenever I want quiet time for myself. One of the notable items is the automatic blinds in the room that blocks out all the sunlight from the outside. Can totally sleep through the whole day in the room if you’re craving for a sleep recharge. The staff here are sincere and friendly. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, eg local food, fast food, fancy restaurants. However, the air con in the room is lacking of flexibility when it comes to adjusting the temperature. (It’s stuck between ~22-23.5c) I can only adjust the wind speed, timer, cooling/ fresh air mode."

"1. It's a sea-view room, but not in the main ocean area or the CBD sea-view district. Instead, it's near industrial areas and ship terminals. 2. The view isn't great because the large pillars on the room's glass significantly obstruct photos. 3. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and they even offer free handicraft activities. The activity staff are also enthusiastic and pleasant to talk to. 4. The exterior glass is a bit dirty; it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time."

The lobby was beautifully decorated for the approaching Christmas season. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience."

"The name of the hotel.. Harbour View is misleading as high rise buildings in front of the hotel has actually blocked the harbour view. Harbour View was a main reason we booked this hotel. The room is very old fashioned, small, even one side of the queen size bed is placed against a wall without a gap, our 2 luggage had to be placed on the floor and left with a narrow walkway. Very small TV on the wall. Telephone in the room is out of service. Not enough plug points so they use an extension cable! The fridge is also functioning well. Shower room in the toilet is also tight, still use a shower curtain🙄 The hotel didn't event provide bottled mineral water in the room, also no plastic bag in the 2 dustbins! Got to wait long for the lift as sometimes the lift didn't stop at the floor we were waiting, we don't know why... The morning buffet breakfast had limited varieties and served the same foods over the 3 days we were there."

"Distance: It's a 10-minute ride from the airport to the hotel, following the hotel's instructions to find a shuttle pick-up spot somewhere between gates 9 and 12 at T2. It's a 5-8 minute walk to Tung Chung MTR Station. Before boarding the MTR, staff will check your room card to confirm you're a registered guest. For the airport shuttle, try not to cut it too close. I was scheduled for the 7:45 AM shuttle but ended up getting on at 7:35 AM because it was early. It filled up and departed at 7:40 AM, arriving at the airport before 8 AM. Facilities: Everything you'd expect is there, and it's all relatively new. Cleanliness: Very good. I didn't notice any issues with cleanliness. Environment: I didn't really explore the surroundings, as I primarily stayed here for an early morning layover to be closer to the airport. Service: Throughout my stay, I deliberately spoke only Mandarin, and the staff would immediately switch to it. Their attitude was very good. I inquired about things twice and made one request, and they were always polite and efficient in their response."
