"This hotel in Guilin city center has an excellent location! 👍🏻 It's right at the intersection of Zheng Yang Road Pedestrian Street, and East-West Alley is just across the road. There's an underground passage right outside the entrance, which is quite lively with many small vendors. As soon as I arrived, I felt the hotel service was incredibly warm and attentive. The front desk staff, a young lady, even ran up the ramp to help us with our luggage. They offered various drinks at the entrance, such as ginger tea, chrysanthemum tea, coffee, and more. The staff thoughtfully helped us check in and carried our luggage to the room. They also explained the room facilities and important notes and added the concierge on WeChat. All the staff members were very kind and warm. The room was fully equipped; I stayed in the Family Castle Room, which had plenty of children's amenities. This is the first hotel I've stayed in that provides laundry detergent! 😄 The attention to detail was exceptional. I learned that food deliveries could be sent directly to the room by robot, which I absolutely loved. During my stay, I wanted a free coffee from the front desk but couldn't leave my room, so I asked them to send it via robot. Although half the cup spilled and the robot got dirty, I felt a bit embarrassed. But the concierge immediately asked if I was scalded, which was truly heartwarming! ☺️ Also, when I first entered the room, I connected to two Wi-Fi networks cautiously, thinking the signal was poor. I asked the concierge and realized I had connected to the wrong one. You can connect to your own room's Wi-Fi, or even others' since the passwords are all the same. 😂 The hotel also has a free self-service laundry room on the 4th floor. My pant legs were muddy from playing a few days before, but my mom was showering, and I didn't know how to use the machine. I asked the cleaning lady, and she asked a colleague to take the clothes up, wash them thoroughly, and dry them. They were returned the next morning. I'm so grateful! 💗 The breakfast restaurant on the 4th floor also serves delicious food, and it seems to change a little every day. 👍🏻⭐️ There's a tip wall at the entrance where many guests have left postcards. I had my little one write one too. 😄📝 So cute! You can really tell that previous guests were very satisfied with the hotel. The thoughtful and meticulous care and service are evident in every detail. Before checking out, I stored my luggage in the lobby to pick up later, and the staff were very courteous and friendly. They even gave us a souvenir, which I really appreciate! "

"Excellent location, easy to walk around and it's very quiet ! The room with the river view is worth it a lot, large beds and spaceous wc too. Do use the anti-grip on the shower, it IS slippery. As for breakfast, very various hot options and also a window view into the street and river. The team used translators and also spoke some english, very communicative :) Was easy go get a 2nd card and to leave the luggage for a few hours after check out too. Definitly recommend."

"Staying at Li River Courtyard this time was an absolute delight! It felt less like a hotel and more like my personal 'travel hub' in Guilin. The location is unbeatable – step right out to the Li River, and you can walk to Jingjiang Princes' City and East-West Alley. It's a perfect blend of lively and quiet. The butler service was incredibly attentive; the recommended itineraries were super practical, and they even helped us prepare fishing gear for the riverside! Our room faced the mountains and rivers, and eating rice noodles for breakfast at the scenic restaurant with the Li River panorama right in front of us was a truly unique experience. If you're looking to deeply explore Guilin, this is definitely the place to choose!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to everything. Right downstairs, there's a snack street, and when I asked the friendly front desk staff, they said I could just pick any place to eat without worrying about a bad meal. The beef offal was super flavorful and the rice noodles were delicious! Later, I even discovered a tiny stall in a corner downstairs that sold the sticky rice I'd been searching for – I immediately bought two for only nine yuan, and they were absolutely amazing, just like they tasted ten years ago! The hotel is also very close to the Twin Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill, about a ten-minute walk away. Finally, I have to highlight the room environment and the service. The room was spacious and very clean! The young ladies at the front desk downstairs were all so enthusiastic and professional. They even escorted us to our room during check-in and patiently answered all our questions! I genuinely give them a big thumbs up! They really made my impression of Guilin so much better 👍 I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin!"

"This was my first time in Guilin and staying at the Lijiang Boyin Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience! It was definitely my favorite hotel of the trip 🏨. The room was super spacious – I asked and it was 80 square meters! The drinks in the fridge were also complimentary. The room was comfortable and clean, which was a very pleasant surprise for someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. Originally, our breakfast was only for two adults, but the lobby manager kindly arranged for everyone in our group to enjoy the hotel's buffet breakfast. It was very rich and the environment was lovely. The staff in the buffet restaurant were also very kind ☺️. When we were leaving, the front desk lady asked how our stay was. I mentioned that the pillows were too soft for my liking, and she immediately told us that the hotel offered several types of pillows that could be arranged – I was just too tired and forgot to ask the front desk staff earlier. What's more, after we checked out, we received a heartwarming apology from the hotel and were given an 8.8% discount, which wasn't necessary at all because every single one of us had a perfect experience! Every staff member at the hotel was wonderful, from the greeters at the entrance, the front desk, the lobby manager, to the buffet restaurant staff and even the parking attendant – everyone was so enthusiastic and attentive. Truly no corporate vibes, just genuine hard workers. ❤️ I've already highly recommended this hotel to all my friends visiting Guilin! 🏨"

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was fantastic! The staff were all incredibly kind and polite, making you feel their genuine warmth and dedication at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and returning to it each day felt so relaxing. The breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted excellent, leaving me thoroughly satisfied every morning. The location is simply unbeatable. It's close to many attractions, with Dongxi Alley right behind the hotel, just a few steps away. It's incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, shopping, and taking photos. A special thank you to the auntie who helped us with our laundry multiple times – that was so thoughtful. The staff also thoughtfully prepared warm evening porridge, foot baths, afternoon tea, small snacks, fresh fruit, and lovely little souvenirs. Every single detail made us feel cared for and valued. This is truly a hotel with a 'heart.' I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to friends and family."

"When I first arrived I was quite disappointed that my room didn't look much at all like the photos on the listing. My one recommendation is that this is updated so that people have appropriate expectations... However, I could not help but enjoy my stay here. Overall the hotel felt exceptionally good value, laundry was done for me and I had access to a scooter. Breakfast tea and coffee all included as well. Xiaoming is also a fantastic and attentive host, who seems to look after all his guests well."

"The price is OK, the environment is very good. The front desk service was a bit dissatisfied, the face was very indifferent, and I felt a little disappointed when I checked in and checked out. Check-in kept asking me which business manager recommended it. I repeatedly said where to book online, and told me that it was almost the same. I could find it. There was a message for me to unsubscribe (unsubscribe because of the price reduction on the network several days ago). I was a little speechless when I checked out and asked me to pay for the room."

"Exceeded my expectations! I've seen Orange Hotels around a lot but never stayed at one, just noticed their rapid growth. This was my first time, and the experience was fantastic – it felt just like home. Here’s why: 1. **Service:** The attention to detail and staff attitude were excellent, providing a great emotional connection. Any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. 2. **Room Scent:** The room had a faint, pleasant orange fragrance throughout the day, which was really lovely. 3. **Location:** The location is absolutely amazing! I was able to walk to the Li Zongren Residence, Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun and Moon Pagodas, and Jingjiang Royal City. I did all my exploring on foot. 4. **View:** The standard king room has a city view, meaning no scenic view usually, but you can upgrade for a beautiful view (the attached photos are from an upgraded room with a lovely view). 5. **Privacy & Security:** Privacy is great. They provide two key cards, and you need to swipe to use the elevator. The soundproofing is also good. 6. **Laundry Service:** I have to mention, the laundry service is exceptional. They help transfer your washed clothes to the dryer, or you can track the washing time via a mini-program – it’s very convenient. 7. **Check-out:** During check-out, they were very caring and attentive, proactively asking if I needed two bottles of water, etc. The service was very thoughtful. "The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right opposite Elephant Trunk Hill. From the 7th floor, you get an amazing view of Elephant Trunk Hill and the Li River – perfect for photos. Our concierge, Piaopiao, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She gave me great recommendations for local food. I had booked a double room for my parents and me, and she even gave us an extra breakfast. The beer fish at the 7th-floor restaurant was the best I've ever had! The housekeeping staff on our floor were also wonderful; they always greeted us, asking things like, ”Going out?” or ”Back already?” Simple words that made us feel so welcome. Even though Guilin was a bit chilly during our visit, the dedicated and lovely people we met made us feel really warm inside!"
