I've discovered a hidden gem this time, a fabulous cultural hotel nestled amidst the city's vibrant charm – Pinmanxi. 📍The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right in Chaozong Street, truly achieving that perfect balance of being quiet yet central. Just a short walk downstairs and you're at Cha Yan Yue Se, and Wuyi Square is only a few minutes' walk away. IFS, Taiping Old Street, and Pozi Street are all easily accessible for exploring. In the evening, after your stroll, you can leisurely walk back – super convenient! 🛋️The lobby instantly wowed me upon arrival. The wooden aesthetic combined with Oriental elegance creates an incredibly sophisticated vibe. There's also a faint sandalwood scent, instantly making you feel relaxed. It's truly a fantastic spot for photos; every shot looks great! 📸 🏊♀️The rooftop pool on the 7th floor is a delightful surprise. Swim during the day and look up at the blue sky. In the evening, stand on the terrace and watch the city lights, enjoying a drink with the gentle breeze. The romantic atmosphere is simply incredible! 🌙 🌿The entire hotel feels like a garden oasis. "I had a wonderful experience staying in the tatami room with a river view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant. The bathroom had a good wet and dry separation, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Because I enjoyed my stay so much, I decided to extend it. The hotel is ideally located right by the Xiangjiang River, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a free gym and a self-service laundry room. There's even a smart robot in the lobby that can deliver items to guest rooms. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay."

"Our stay at the Changsha Marco Hotel was excellent overall! The location is superb, right above IFS (International Finance Square), with direct access to the mall from the 3rd floor, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. We booked a family room, which was decorated cutely and cozily, and our child absolutely loved it. The cleaning staff were very friendly and meticulous, doing a fantastic job, and even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The only minor drawback is that food delivery can't come directly to the room, making pickup a bit inconvenient. However, for a trip, this place offers great value for money."

Even though my room this time was very close to the front desk, I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. "My wife and I stayed here, and the hotel is super easy to find, right across from 'Qia同學少年' Square. The views from the 50th floor are absolutely stunning, and the pool-sized bathtub is incredible. But what really left the deepest impression was the staff's service – warm and professional. When we checked in, a tall young lady helped us. She spoke Mandarin with that lovely, unique intonation native to Changsha locals, which I really enjoyed, haha. After making our room cards, she proactively helped us with our luggage and brought it to the room, then gave us a quick show-around. Overall, it felt like she'd received very professional training; the service experience was excellent – professional yet respectful of boundaries. Originally, we were planning to switch hotels the next day, so I asked for a late check-out around 1:30 PM, and the evening shift lady readily agreed. However, we were pretty tired the next day and found our stay so comfortable that we ended up extending it. The room amenities were also surprisingly excellent. The projector was no joke – flexible controls, 4K resolution, and screen mirroring capabilities. Unlike many other hotels where the projector is basically just for show, lagging and low-res, making you prefer watching on your phone. I didn't use the hairdryer, but my wife has long hair, and she said it was really good. And then there's the pool bathtub by the window – it's massive! You can soak in it while enjoying the river views outside. If I had to nitpick, the bathroom in the room was a bit small with average ventilation, and there's still some room for improvement in terms of detailed cleanliness. But all in all, it was a very good and memorable stay. Highly recommend for couples, families with kids, or anyone really!"

The hotel's overall cleanliness was excellent. There were no strange odors in the hallways, restaurant, or rooms, and the details were also very clean. During my two-day stay, the room was tidied up every day when I returned, and mineral water and tissues were thoughtfully replenished. The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options. There were hot dishes, bread, milk, fruit, and freshly cooked noodles, all replenished promptly and tasting great. The restaurant staff were diligent in clearing plates and had a great attitude. Check-out was quick, and they even proactively asked for feedback on my stay and offered bottled water for the road, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. The service, cleanliness, and facilities are all worth the price.
