The room's location was good, convenient for accessing restaurants along the river and in the city center, but you could still see quite a few homeless people in the park outside the hotel. Some of the hotel staff were very nice, but some staff members spoke English very quickly when they saw Chinese people, and overcharged for deposits, which was unprofessional. Fortunately, the manager apologized at check-out. The hotel breakfast was okay; the Black waiter was very enthusiastic and offered emotional support, which was very infectious. However, one white waiter, Jess, didn't provide much service and even wrote the tip directly on the bill. Overall, I was satisfied.
