Wingate by Wyndham Savannah Gateway

The room was a great size. Had a seperate couch/tv desk viewing area and a private back bedroom. The only concern was clear mildew/mold issues that went unchecked for what I assume weeks or months. I asked to swap rooms and was promptly switched to another room. Better, but still not completely mold free. It’s a humid environment, but I wouldn’t even sleep in my own house if it got that bad. I don’t know if the hotel will make changes but clearly look out for mold in your room if you stay here

Our stay was perfect. We really appreciated the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was mostly unfriendly, rooms were nice, but they were only cleaned once during our 5 day stay. Hallways and elevator were dark and had a strange smell.

Woke up and little dead roaches were on the floor in the room and bathroom. Also dead ones in the stairway.

The room was good for the price, the staff was friendly, and overall it was okay. The carpet in the common areas was pretty dirty, and the bathtub was clogged, though.

This was a nice and comfortable hotel. It was a little dated, but not in an unsafe way. The bed was very comfortable. The first night I was there was extremely noisy. Water draining in ithe room above me sounded like someone was giving an elephant a bath. The staff was courteous and polite. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but it looked nice, and if I had small children with me, it would’ve been great. It was a little small, but would be great for kids.
